I had been in this office for more than 10 yrs & went for lots of services when Dr. Nilo was still alive . Since Xavier is fully managing the place I don’t see any difference!! I come to this office for my skin care supplies, I do Botox & filler 1-2x/year👍🏽 Medical personnel who does this services I’m satisfied as I was with Dr. Nillo. Location is convenient w/ me, place is clean but most Xavier had excellent customer service & all the team 👍🏽👏🏽😘 For more than 10 yrs visiting them no issues! Follows standard when in comes to CDC PROTOCOL

It was my first time ever getting anything done, so I was pretty nervous for my first appointment at Willo MediSpa. I have to say that Dr. Rossi made me feel so comfortable and genuinely took the time and cared to give me exactly what I wanted. He truly cares about making his patients happy and values their input. I'm very happy with my results and will definitely be going back!

Dr Rossi and Xavier are two of the nicest most helpful people you will ever meet. The weekend hours are a godsend for anyone with a regular 9-5. Doc will sit down with you and patiently answer all your questions as well as show you how to administer doses yourself if you have to miss an appointment. The clinic has a distinct homely feeling to it and going there every weekend became a highlight to my week. Unfortunately I had to move out of town and could not convince them to move with me.

Dr. Rossi makes you feel like he's treating a family member. Besides being great at what he does, he thoroughly explains everything before doing it, and makes you feel relaxed and not anxious. Would recommend this place for anyone.

I did extensive research to receive the Kybella treatment and came upon Willo MediSpa with Dr. Rossi. From the beginning with Zaviers' professionalism over the phone assisting me with booking an appointment, to his kind smile meeting him on the day of the treatment; to the lengthy explanation and informative discussion with Dr. Rossi before getting started all made me feel that I had made the right choice. If you're thinking about any aesthetic services Willo MediSpa is the place to go.

I went to Willo MediSpa because I have some low testosterone results during a recent blood test. Dr. Rossi sat me down and spent almost 30 minutes explaining what low testosterone is, how it can affect me, treatments, side effects, how to address any side effects and costs. This was followed by in-depth answers too all of my questions and a prescription for the tests I needed. I was surprised to find out the Doc waived the visit fee saying there was no charge for chatting with me. This review comes from someone who actually met with a primary care physician. The PCP charged me $100 for the visit, spent literally 87 seconds talking with me, wrote me a prescription for only one of the 5 tests that I needed. My PCP said she would call after my test results were completed. Of course that never happened. I am thrilled with how Dr. Rossi and Willo MediSpa treated me as a person. I will certainly recommend them in the future.

I have been thinking about getting something done to my face for a year or two. And I am so glad that I chose Willow medispa. Dr Rossi and Xavier are both wonderful, so kind so thoughtful. Dr Rossi took so much time looking at my face and figuring out how best to do what I asked. I could not be happier than how I am now.
