It feels luxurious and the way that Auriona perfectly helped me with my skin concerns even offering to set up a plan to fix my skin along with letting me know to send her any skin products i wanna use in the future so she can look over them is beyond anyone i've ever been with. If you want someone to care about your skin and help get you to where you need to be definitely come here!

I absolutely love The Secret Med Spa. Everyone there is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cool — the vibe is always amazing. I have the membership and it is definitely worth the monthly cost. I get my facials with Auriona, and she is incredible. She always gives the best facials and is so knowledgeable — I completely trust her recommendations. I always leave feeling refreshed and glowing. I visited Kaitlyn at It's a Secret Biltmore and had the best experience! She walked me through a detailed consultation to discuss what I was hoping for so we could pick the best services and products to get the results i wanted! I had little to no prior experience with getting injectables so I wanted a nurse injector who was focused on natural results. We did facial balancing using filler and Botox, and the results are so beautiful and I had very minimal bruising at all! If you are looking for a natural yet elevated look, book with Kaitlyn!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Auriona and Gab at It’s a Secret MedSpa in Phoenix! Gab did my Botox and lip filler, and the experience was absolutely flawless. Completely painless, incredibly precise, and my lips have the most perfect shape and natural plump which was exactly what I was hoping for. Auriona treated my legs with BBL to address discoloration and sun spots, and I am blown away by the results. The treatment was painless, and she took such amazing care in targeting areas I’ve been insecure about for years. My legs look clearer, more even, and I feel so confident now. Both Auriona and Gab are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and delivered results beyond my expectations. I am new to the medspa world. Now after a few months of being a part if their membership program (its a great deal!) I feel confident in sharing my experiences. From never having any work done before to now I've gotten botox/dysport from Gabriella, which can I just say how personable and fun she is! She is real and honest, and really helped me feel like i am in safe hands. She is great at communicating everything and great at her technique (even distracting the brain from the B12 shot, which I appreciated). I always love seeing her cheery face when I come in to the office! I've also gotten a hydrafacial, lazer hair removal, skin pen, dermaplane and a chemical peel from Auriona. SHE IS A DOLL! Such a sweet woman, who is extremely talented in many areas. She is fun to chit- chat with as Im getting my treatments done. She is great at communicating what she is doing and she always makes sure I am comfortable. Even offering me a blanket, to which I kindly accepted. I have nothing but faith and respect for her and her abilities to not focus on just upsell-ing, but what my personal needs and current focus is. I feel very fortunate to have such a great team of ladies on my side to help me feel and look my best!

I have a membership here and Auriona is the one who does my facials. In all honesty I have seen the biggest difference in my skin in just 2 sessions with her. Today was my first time dermaplaning and then a hydra-facial together. I have clearly been missing out! The hydra-facial alone your skin will look great but adding in the dermaplaning?! It’s a HUGE game changer! I’m learning every session more and more and I always get excited to see her. Auriona is very, very thorough and attentive. She’s the biggest sweetheart along side the entire staff. I love them all. They’re honest and kind. Full of integrity. Not only have we worked on my face but also for my back (I have rough back acne). It has been a journey with my skin and she has me leaving beautiful and glowy but most importantly confident without makeup. I’m excited to continue my skincare journey with her and see our progress grow. :)

Wow! I have been to multiple Medspa all over the country California being one. This place is the best place I’ve ever been to Gabriela is amazing. Such a sweetheart and so knowledgeable and let’s not forget the people in the front. It was a lady and a gentleman working and I was treated five star from my first step into the facility.
