I had the most amazing experience at Uptown Medispa! I booked a facial and a head spa, and it was pure relaxation from start to finish. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. The facial left my skin glowing and refreshed, and the head spa was incredibly soothing. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and completely pampered. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and luxurious, making it the perfect escape from a busy day. I went here for a photo facial. I’m displeased with my service because I was asking for laser resurfacing (which I’ve had done before for a similar price). At the appointment I told them again before the procedure what I was looking for and they assured me it was the same thing. After it waiting over 3 weeks I saw no results or changes in my skin. The owner was nice enough to bring me in and redo the photo facial and she targeted the spots I wanted done numerous times in the follow up session I did get the results I was looking for. I am giving 2 stars because both times I left without any after care. No moisturizer or sunscreen which I found odd and there wasn’t much cleaning done to prep the skin other than asking if I was wearing makeup. Online, it says moisturizing is imperative after a photo facial, so I find it strange they let you walk out without that. Maybe this place is great for other things but I would not come here again for laser services.

Kristen & Abby are the best injectors!! They always make me feel so comfortable, and give me the best natural looking results while educating me. Highly recommend Shelby for a facial easy to talk to and leaves me glowing!! 12/10 clean, friendly, and love going here for my treatments

I have been going to Uptown Medispa in Central Phoenix for over two years. The office is bright, clean and welcoming. I see Danielle and she has been a LIFESAVER for my skin. She’s professional, knowledgeable and always provides exceptional service. I’m dermal club member and it’s definitely the best deal out there. Every month I walk out with my skin glowing and renewed. Brittany is amazing! I have terrible anxiety and she made sure I was always comfortable and doing ok throughout the treatment. She is very knowledgable and professional! If you haven’t already, schedule with her for any of your needed beauty treatments!!!

Great service. Intelligent staff. Went for PRP. Saw some progress which is great. They set realistic expectations and we’re very friendly. Took my mom too for hair and skin and she left feeling great about herself. 10/10 would recommend.
