I have been loving my experience here. They really take their time to understand my skin issues and goals and are very transparent with treatment plans. My husband even enjoys coming!

I usually don’t do reviews but here I’m! Melody did my laser genesis every time, and I do see a good results because I have large open pores also she’s very kind and humble and knowledgeable really like my treatments here

I did a Diamondglow facial and dermaplaning with Heidi and absolutely loved the way my face looked and felt afterwards. Heidi also cleaned up my eyebrows too. 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I went for a laser resurfacing on November 1st, it was my first time and I was very worried about the pain. But the nurse took care of me very patiently, and the whole process was very comfortable and painless. After three days, the skin on the surface comes off and the effect is amazing, the skin is smooth, the dullness is gone, it's awesome

I originally had an appointment with Shelby, who then called to ask if it was okay to have another esthetician do my VI Chemical Peel. Then I was scheduled with Xue, and and the very last minute, I was rescheduled with Heidi. Heidi was really nice, but I’m not confident that she knew what she was doing or performed my chemical peel properly. I intentionally waited for Day 3 before writing a review. I paid $325 for the Very Intense Chemical Peel. I was expecting my face to be very taut and for the dead skin to slough off. My face is dry but it’s hardly taut, and there’s no slough, just a flake here or there. I did 2 different consultations before deciding to book with Shelby at Total You. When Heidi did my peel, I heard the instructional video she was listening to over my head. I don’t know if I was her first chemical peel ever, and they decided to train her on me, but $325 is a lot of money to not get the full results of an Intense Peel. I’ve seen people cutting the dead skin off their faces with scissors while my skin has barely flaked. This is a light peel, at best. I’m disappointed in this process so far and regret not scheduling with the first esthetician I consulted with.

Sandra is a very competent, experienced PA and esthetician. She gives great guidance and has the latest technology for skin care. She is also able to treat holistic issues for weight and health. She is thoughtful in her approach and listens to clients, their needs and provides the best custom plan suited to individual needs. She has great follow up and attention to detail. I highly recommend Sandra!
