I had such a great experience with Irena and her team. Scheduling was incredibly flexible, which made it so easy to find a time that worked for me. The front office staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire check-in process seamless. Irena herself was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my appointment. I truly appreciated her expertise and attention to detail and gentle hand. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in was impressed with the spa . I have been to many med spas and I’ll say this is now my new favorite . I want my home to look like the inside , and I did the hyperbaric chamber for healing which was my first time but I’ll be back for more ! They have red light therapy , laser , sauna , cold plunge , facials , and more

I had such a great experience at The Perfect Secret Med Spa. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the owner, Irena, who immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She took the time to give me a full tour of the space, and I was especially impressed to see that they even have a kids room. As a mom of four, that alone meant so much. It’s rare to find places that are actually “mom friendly” and understanding that childcare isn’t always easy to arrange. Irena spent a lot of time with me explaining everything thoroughly, answering all my questions, and truly listening to my concerns. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or “sold” on anything. The entire experience felt educational and empowering, and the decision was completely mine. At one point, she even made me a delicious lavender honey latte while I relaxed in her infrared light room, which made the whole experience feel calm, thoughtful, and luxurious. Not to mention the whole vibe there is just IT! Her aesthetic is so pleasing! After talking through my options and seeing her extensive before-and-after photos, I felt very comfortable moving forward with Sculptra. She was incredibly transparent about her injection technique and approach, and her confidence and knowledge made me feel at ease every step of the way. Overall, this was one of the most positive and reassuring med spa experiences I’ve had. You can tell Irena genuinely cares about her patients and their results. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. I’m so thankful I was lead to her!

This place is the cutest. Its obvious much thought was put into every little detail of the aesthetic is the office and the training of the staff to create a welcoming, relaxing and comfortable experience for the clientele. I just booked my first treatment after meeting with Irena. She took her time to explain the different paths available to achieve the results I’m hoping for without up-selling, without pressure. In this industry, it’s commonplace for the practitioner to double as a salesperson and more often than not, you’re paying more for procedures you don’t actually need. This is not one for those type of places. Here, you’ll get a listening ear, a thoughtfully considered plan and most importantly, safe and natural-looking results.

I had an amazing experience at The Perfect Secret!!! I received the DiamondGlow facial previously and most recently The Perfect Pause facial with Sasha, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Sasha is an incredible medical esthetician—so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand my skin and recommended products that were perfectly tailored to me, not just a one-size-fits-all approach. My skin felt refreshed, glowing, and healthier immediately after. I highly recommend booking with Sasha if you’re looking for expert care and real results! I also really enjoyed the essential oils she let me pick during my facial that helped me relax even deeper!
