Solea Brickell Spa

Solea is the best medical spa I’ve ever been to. The facilities are excellent, and the staff is outstanding — everyone is highly qualified and professional. Fanny was my esthetician, and I couldn’t be happier that she took care of me; she’s truly the best. If I could give them more stars, I definitely would. Totally recommended!

Made me wait half an hour if not more after they told me it would be 10 more minutes. Then when I go in they told me I never even needed a consultation and I could have just come directly for the facial. I was upset as I had drive an hour to Get there. They just said no our call centers aren’t here (no care). Then I have been trying to call and message and voicemail for 2 weeks to cancel the actual appointment and get my refund and I got nowhere with them. Until today that they called to confirm my appointment? I complained about the service and i was not going to reschedule instead cancel and no apology nor care for the situation. Just said okay and was canceled. I would not trust this place with this type of service and in brickell is disappointing. There are better places with people that actually are about the customer, do not risk it here.

I came to Solea in Miami for Morpheus8 treatments on my abdominal area to help define my abs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The treatment itself was much easier than I expected, and over time I started noticing real definition in my abs. I’ve done several sessions and the difference is impressive — more toned, tighter, and exactly the results I was hoping for. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and very well-run, which gave me a lot of confidence in choosing them. If you’re considering Morpheus8 for body contouring or definition, I highly recommend Solea. They really deliver!

Exceptional service and professional staff. Vanessa and Suzanne are very experienced and know what they’re doing. Elena and Ysis always make you feel at home as soon as you walk in!

Don’t go here, this salon is a disorganized mess. I initially had an appointment for 1:45 PM, they called me the day before asking to reschedule to 3:15 PM. When I came to the salon at 3:15 PM, my appointment was not in their booking system at all. I was asked to pay a 25$ deposit to confirm the reservation too. And waited for over 10 minutes in the salon before they had the time to address me. Right before me, they had to turn another lady away because they didn’t notify her that her aesthetician was traveling today. Save your time and go somewhere where they keep track of their bookings.

Fanny is wonderful! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She takes care of her clients with so much attention to detail and kindness. Her communication is clear. The service is excellent, and I’m so happy with the results. I recommend her to all my friends because she truly goes above and beyond.Thank You Fanny ✨

Been living at Solea for 2 years now and I must say I am impressed with this property . Not only does it feel like a tropical resort , but the management and cleaning staff do an incredible job of maintaining this properties luxury standard in every aspect .

I have been going to Solea spa for different services and am 100% satisfied with them all. Especially Fanny is very professional. Besides the service l really do enjoy going there because of the friendly staff.
