She’s never pushy and is very understanding if you feel nervous, while also being reassuring and professional. I always feel listened to and in great hands with her.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past couple of months. I’ve had two microneedling sessions so far and purchased several skincare products. I haven’t seen a big difference just yet, but fingers crossed that results will come with time. Since SkinSpirit is such a well-known name in the industry, I do expect a high level of care and attention. I will say, I wish the front desk staff were a bit more warm and welcoming. My esthetician seems skilled and knowledgeable, but it still feels a bit early to fully judge the results. Hoping for a more noticeable change soon. FYI: they got parking sports in the back.

I get my Botox done with Mackenzie, and she’s incredible, my situation is delicate and can sometimes be sensitive as I need it for my bell palsy working with Mackenzie has been completely life-changing for me to recommend someone better!!!

I had gotten Botox and filler a little over a month ago from somewhere else and was not happy with my results. I found Mackenzie through an ad on instagram. She is so gorgeous and seemed extremely knowledgable and confident in what she was talking about. I went to her page and loved how natural and beautiful her results showed. I sent her a message explaining my situation and she was super responsive and so nice right off the bat. She got me in the next day after talking to her. The appointment was great. Mackenzie is so fun and explained everything I had questions and concerned about. I really appreciated that she gave me her opinions on what would work best for me because the work I had done before was my first time getting any injections done and didn’t know what to expect or what would suit me. She dissolved my previous filler and made the process so comfortable. She also added dysport which I’m super excited for the results! As someone who relies heavily on reviews I was so relieved to have all the positive reviews on Mackenzie be true! Especially if you’re new to injectables like I am I would HIGHLY recommend seeing Mackenzie! She will make you feel so comfortable and at ease! Also…wanted to give the front desk girls a shout out as well. They were so kind and helpful!! I’m excited to be back :)
