Just a heads up, Nia no longer works here. When I called to make an appointment no one told me she had left, which was really disappointing. Thankfully, I found Nia through instagram (I searched beauty nurse nia) and was able to book with her at her new location, which is only about two minutes away at 170 Grant Avenue. She has been doing my botox and facial balancing for over 10+ years. She is truly the best injector I've ever been to. I've been getting Botox and fillers for over 20 year , long before it became so popular and no one compares to her. I highly recommend her.

Go see Cindy! You will not regret it. Worth every penny and every minute. She takes her time and never rushes. I’ve never had a better experience or better results. She has done laser hair removal, dysport and filler for me and also has given me great product recommendations that actually addressed my concerns! She even puts music on while she is injecting so you feel more relaxed. I really enjoy talking to her and am so happy with her work.

Beware of injectors that replaced nurse Nia. They’ll tell you they’re experienced but my face is now deformed because of her. I have been getting services at this location for almost 10 years and I never had any issues. Nurse Nia was extremely talented. I will not be returning to serenity MedSpa and I urge you to re-think your visit if it involves Botox or fillers. The forehead Botox the new injector administered made my eyelids droop and I had an upper bleph back in September I was so happy with. She had also put filler to lift an eyebrow so now I have a drooped eye without any brow movement on one side and a raised eyebrow on the other side. There’s nothing anyone can do except to wait for the Botox to wear off. This has been a nightmare and it happened right before the holidays. So many canceled plans and no life. I am so depressed I don’t get to enjoy the upper bleph I loved. I just wanted normal Botox I’ve had for 10 year 2x a year and the cheek filler that makes me look less tired. Additionally, she did a lip flip, which I had never had done before and I can’t eat or drink without food spilling out of my mouth. Please, go see nurse Nia instead. She is brilliant. Avoid this place.

I used to go to Serenity Med Spa only because of Nurse Nia. When I called to book, they told me she no longer worked there but didn’t explain who I’d be seeing instead. When I showed up for my appointment, I was set up with an injector who was clearly inexperienced. No one told me this ahead of time, and I never would have agreed to the appointment if I had known. That really bothered me, especially for something involving your face. All of my good experiences at Serenity were because of Nia, not the spa itself. I looked her up and found her right away at Eternia. She is by far the best injector I’ve been to. Her work looks natural, and she completely transformed my face. Because of the lack of honesty and communication, I won’t be going back to Serenity Med Spa.

I had the pleasure of working with Nurse Nia. I rarely write reviews, but I am so INCREDIBLY HAPPY and moved by my results with Nurse Nia, that I must pay a good thing forward. Nurse Nia designed a treatment plan for me that has completely revitalized my appearance and restored a bit of confidence that I felt I had lost. I turned 40 this year, and for the past couple years l've noticed I always look tired. My skin texture is changing; loosening around my lips, general sagging, and my under-eye area is hollowing out. I especially notice this in ZOOM calls and photos :( Not the greatest feeling, given I am happy with everything else in my life. I purchased the Serenity Non-surgical face-lift package. It was a splurge, but nurse Nia (who came highly recommended by at least 5 trusted friends) sat me down gave the honest assessment I've been needing. We added jawline and undereye filler to correct volume loss, as well as botox, and PDO threads. Given the severity of swelling and bruising, I met with her over the course of 2 Saturdays. I've done filler before, but Nia's technique is hands-down the best. After my first session, I IMMEDIATELY felt like the clock had been turned back, and the feelings of insecurity are no more. I wasn't entirely sure about the PDO- threadlift. I've read mixed reviews, so I level-set my expectations. The results from the PDO threads have been MAGICAL. I am 2-3 weeks out, and my skin is taut in a natural way. The biggest difference l notice visually is in the nasolabial folds area. She somehow pulled the cheeks up and back, and I have never felt like I look better. No bruising, no swelling. I am so happy any grateful for Nia's treatment. Nia is a master at her craft, and arguably one of the best in the business. I strongly recommend her services. I see Nia doing big things with her skillsets- we are repeating next year :)

I find it extremely dishonest how they handed me to another injector instead of letting me know that Nia didn't work there any more. Not only I was very unhappy to not be informed about it, I was convinced that their new injector is as good as Nia was. That was absolutely not true... I spent thousands on my fillers and now I have to spend thousands to dissolve them and get new ones right before the holidays. It is such a nightmare. I am happy at least I found Nia through social media. She is now in West Portal and will be back downtown soon. If you have been Nia's patient the way I have been for years, DO NOT risk it with the other injectors, especially before the holidays.

i did botox here ten years ago and to this day still regret it. it took away my ability to smile for months afterwards and when i asked about it the doc simply said you did too many units. but she was the one who recommended and sold me the units. dont come here they don't care about anyone but money
