San Diego Aesthetics and Med Spa

I had such a great time here doing a group appointment! The nurse we had, Kristen, was wonderful. I was a little bit nervous getting lip filler for the first time, and Kristen was such a calming presence. My lips are still very swollen at the moment but I’m loving them so far! The new location on Baltimore is clean and spacious. I’ll definitely be back!

My friends brought me here to get Botox & I am beyond happy & impressed with my injections. I saw McKenna & she was AMAZING. It’s been 2 weeks & my forehead looks so good. All the front desk girls were all so nice, friendly & welcoming. Molly told me about products at the front & there was no sales pressure for anything at all just knowledge. Def will be coming here in the future for all my medspa needs.

I love this place and all the staff. I’ve seen Molly, Anna, and Makenna over the years for laser, facials, and Botox. The laser machine is amazing because no numbing required. I stopped doing Botox temporarily so I can afford to deal with my skin. Late last year, I realized that the reason nothing was working on my face was because I was inconsistent and misguided. So I basically told Anna that I wanted her recommendations for what I should do and put all my trust in her. Literally from treatment plan to products. I’ve done exactly what she said for three months now and am AMAZED. I did the ZO three-step peel for starters. It’s amazing but you look like a crypt-keeper for a couple of days, with gnarly skin peeling. Since then, I have been doing diamond glow facials, hydroquinone, chemical peels, and strict daily skin routine. You can see before and after how bad my hyper-pigmentation was and how it is now - but I’ll note that I had full makeup on before and now I can get away with tinted moisturizer! <3

I cannot say enough wonderful things about San Diego Aesthetics Med Spa and my nurse, Molly. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I wanted to share this for anyone who, like me, was looking for a trusted place with highly skilled nurses. I searched for a long time as a total newbie to the Botox world, and the amazing reviews are what finally led me here. Let me just say, those reviews are spot on. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and instantly welcoming. Total good vibes the moment you walk in. And Molly… she is truly exceptional. She takes the time to explain everything, answer every question, and make sure I feel completely confident and informed. She’s not only incredibly skilled, but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to. If you’re looking for someone who checks all the boxes, Molly is your girl. She’s an absolute gem. I’m so glad I found this place and honestly can’t recommend it enough!

This med spa is amazing. It's new, clean, fresh, convenient to get to, parking is a dream, and the whole process of the visit is just easy. Everyone is so kind and seems genuinely excited that you are there. But the effectiveness of the treatments is the ultimate reason you are there.....and they are certainly extremely effective.....I feel like even more-so than a doctor's office because they take such efforts to ensure you are comfortable, explain exactly which service they feel is best for you at that particular visit, and help you come up with an ultimate plan instead of trying to get you to do as much as possible in that one visit. I am so excited I found this place! I see Molly and she is seriously the best I have ever worked with! But they are all great. You can't go wrong.

I have been going to San Diego Aesthetic, Med and Spa for almost 5 years. Their customer service is exceptional from the moment you schedule an appointment to when you’re being seen by one of the nurses. I also appreciate Molly’s sincerity when it comes to services and what I’m needing. She keeps me looking youthful and beautiful without looking like I had “something done”. If you are reading this, you should absolutely schedule an appointment and see their new location because it’s fabulous. Oh, and Don’t forget to check out the refreshment bar. It’s pretty awesome.

So happy I found this spa! Everyone is welcoming, professional & up to date on treatments. Molly is the best, she listens and will give you a honest answer. Can't ask for more.... Totally recommend! New location is beautiful with a cool / calming vibe.
