Ok, I don't ever do reviews but I have to for this one. Ritual By Tracy Holzman is a sanctuary for me. As soon as i enter the door, I don't want to leave! Everyone is friendly and professional. I usually go see Victoria every 3 months or so for my facial and Tracy for a little touch ups. I have been going to Victoria for the last 5 years. Victoria is one of the best aesthetician I have ever had. She knows what she's doing and does a phenomenal job on my face every time. I highly recommend her, hands down. Tracy always makes her patients look so natural and that's one of the qualities I love about her practice. Tracy is very professional and she knows what she's doing when it comes to making me or any patients feel beautiful in a natural way. The most recent service I had was the new Halo Laser service with Amanda. My first time with Amanda and I loved it! She was great and she educated me every step of the way on the process of my Halo service. I travel all the way from Baltimore to DC just so I can get the top notch service from Ritual. Ladies don't walk, RUN and make your appointments now with these ladies!

Tracy is the best in the DMV. Her care for a clients and her professionalism goes unmatched. I never met anyone in her industry that never tries to push extra things that I might not need. She believes in keeping you looking like you, but way better! Her eye for perfection is unlike any other I’ve ever seen. She knows all her products well, and knows which ones would best suit the service you need. I love what she’s done on my lips. She’s made my puffy eyes go away and all without expensive surgery, she really is amazing. I’ll go to nobody else but Tracy! Also her staff is wonderful too:)

Tracy and her team are truly the best in the business! From getting treatments with Tracy herself and Amanda for Botox and fillers, I’m always beyond happy with my final results. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and make me feel completely comfortable every time. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. And seeing Victoria for all of my skincare needs has been amazing! I can’t rave enough about the MOXI treatment, it has left my skin looking absolutely flawless. Cayla at the front desk is always so warm and welcoming, Javi the practice coordinator keeps everything running seamlessly and super friendly, Caitlin the medical assistant is incredibly kind and attentive, making every visit smooth and enjoyable. This entire team is incredible, and every visit is such a great experience, The A-Team! Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier care and results!

I almost never leave reviews, but I was so thoroughly impressed with my experience from start to finish that I needed to share. Tracy’s staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated the time that each person from her team spent with me to thoroughly examine my skin, hear my concerns, and explain my treatment options. I spent a ton of time looking into DMV area practices that offered facial laser treatments, and I’m so glad I went to Tracy and her team. If you’re considering a laser treatment, or simply want someone knowledgeable to take the time to identify how your skin could improve, look no further!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Tracy and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I had great experiences getting a facial with Victoria and lip filler with Tracy. Finding someone you trust is so important, and I can’t say enough positive things about the staff here. Professional, talented, and focused on safety. I’ve been really happy with my results. Tracy is incredible--a true artist and perfectionist. She's irreplaceable to me! I've been seeing her for neurotoxin, cheek & temple filler, & under-eye PRF injections for over 3 years now (but I have been getting botox/fillers for about 10 years and am familiar with other highly-reputable injectors/practices). In my experience, absolutely NO ONE compares. I've always been super expressive, and Tracy really studied and learned how MY face moves. Placement is everything! She has such a unique eye and skill for making small enhancements that have such a beautiful, refreshing effect. The way she blends filler to look seamless and youthful, but also completely natural, is downright magical, I swear. Also magical: I somehow never bruise (which is remarkable, because there was never a time I didn't bruise in the seven years getting injections before I met Tracy). Lastly, Tracy's entire team is phenomenal! Each person is SO inviting, genuine, knowledgeable, professional, and positive! It's definitely not a coincidence. Zero judgment, zero gatekeeping--like the honest, uplifting friends we all need. I look forward to seeing everyone each visit! I cannot recommend and praise them all enough and am forever grateful I found Tracy years ago!
