I’ve been going to Revive Med Spa for Botox treatments for several years now and have had consistently excellent experiences at both the Carmel Valley and Mission Valley locations. I actually didn’t start Botox until my mid-30s, initially to address the “11 lines” between my eyes that were causing headaches and eye strain. It began more as a wellness decision than a cosmetic one, and the results made such a difference that I’ve continued treatments ever since — now primarily for cosmetic enhancement while still appreciating the wellness benefits. The team has always taken a thoughtful and professional approach, and I’ve felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout the process. One thing I especially appreciate is the consistency of care. I see the same provider at both locations, which has made the experience seamless and trustworthy. The staff is always welcoming, organized, and professional, and the overall environment feels polished and reassuring. Both locations are great in their own way. Carmel Valley is especially nice because of the shopping center and atmosphere, while Mission Valley is very convenient and easy to access. I’ve been so happy with my experience at both locations that I’m planning to explore the additional hair salon services at the Carmel Valley location this year. You can tell the ownership sets a high standard, and it shows in the quality of service and attention to detail throughout the practice. Phone calls and text messages are timely and easy.
