I had such a great experience at Pura! My microneedling treatment was done by Kia, and she was incredibly gentle and made the entire process feel so comfortable. The space itself is very clean, calming, and relaxing, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Cheryl took the time to really listen to my skin concerns and goals and thoroughly explained what I could expect from the treatment, which I really appreciated. The numbing cream made the procedure surprisingly relaxing, and overall it was a very positive experience. I also experienced very minimal redness afterward, and by day two my skin showed very few signs that I had even had the treatment done, which is amazing. I’ll definitely be back and will absolutely be recommending Pura to my friends!

I wanted to give myself some self care and gift myself something for the new year and my birthday coming up. Decided to have a refresher for my previously plumped lips from last year! I wanted to try another practitioners and found The Pura Life on Groupon. I’m not the type of person scared to try anything from it as majority of the businesses just need to expand their clientele, hence, they offer good deals. I did my booking right after purchasing the deal and their website was so user friendly! After a few days, I had to move my appointment but there was no cancel or reschedule button. I decided to message them and it went on Facebook Messenger. My rescheduling was dealt in minutes! It was so convenient! They send out reminder emails and texts which is also nice! Come my appointment day, I found out that they were located near the 59/69 freeway on South Shepherd! They are along a residential area and residences-turned-offices. Parking was convenient as there were spots for clients! When I got in, I was treated joyfully by their receptionist and had me do paperwork on ipad that she explained thoroughly! They took before and after photos and took me to a cozy treatment area. Everything was so clean! There was another nurse that pre-approves you; then you get set up for treatment with numbing. I then met my doctor and nurse who I recognized on their funny tiktoks for their instagram. They were so pleasant! They explained to me what to expect and asked me for my preferences! She listens to what the patient wants. DR CHERYL HASEEB’s hands were so gentle, I didn’t feel much of a pain. They also gave me stress balls which I didn’t need after all. Checkout was easy and the receptionist also explained to me that they have membership offers which i really liked for the value! The doc also wanted me to go back for a check up in two weeks. I am so so happy I found this place and definitely will try other services! Highly recommend! They also texted me what to avoid to recover successfully! They were all so nice and friendly!!! Loved my first experience!
