I had an amazing experience at the spa. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had facial treatments and chemical peels, and she explained everything clearly and carefully. I also really appreciated the complimentary Exion lip demo — it was a great touch and very informative. I’ve had several procedures at Olivio Med Spa, including hydro facial, CO2 fractional laser, and Botox. (Dr. Olivio is a pro with injectables my jawline is popping) my overall experience has been nothing short of superb. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive also the value for your money compared to other med spas in Chicago is excellent. I highly recommend Olivio Med Spa.

Visited Olivo Medspa for the first time for removal of cherry angiomas. The front desk staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The procedure was pretty straightforward with minimum discomfort. Dr. Olivo explained the procedure well. Several suggestions for other treatments as well as a monthly membership were made but I didn’t pressure to purchase anything. I will definitely come back here for a facial or other treatments.

Valeria was absolutely amazing! This was my first experience getting laser hair removal, and at first I was a little anxious. Valeria walked me through the process step by step and answered every question I asked in detail. She made sure I was comfortable and checked on me and my comfort level throughout the entire process.
