I had a great experience here from start to finish. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. Marissa did my laser treatment, and she was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to detail. She clearly explained the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable during the session. I’m very happy with my results so far and can already see a noticeable improvement. Jessica at the reception is also wonderful to work with. She is very attentive, responds quickly, and helps with scheduling or rescheduling appointments right away, which makes the whole experience much easier. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering laser treatment or similar services.

I had an amazing dermaplaning and peel with Marissa, and I can’t say enough good things about her skills and knowledge. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely comfortable, and my skin looks and feels incredible. I will definitely be going back! I’m also part of their membership program, which is such a wonderful value. I receive a free facial on a monthly basis, plus discounts on products and services—it’s honestly one of the best programs I’ve come across. Old Town Med Spa has three locations in the city, and every facility is absolutely beautiful and spotless. I am so happy I found this place. I have been seeing Sabina consistently since September 2025, and my skin has done a complete 180 in just 4 months. Sabina is so sweet, honest and truly cares about helping you reach your skin goals. She is extremely knowledgeable, and I value her advice. I have been alternating between PRP and the Brightening Facial; both treatments combined with proper, medical grade skincare have done wonders for my skin. I honestly look forward to each appointment because I know how amazing the results turn out!

I have been going to this med spa for over a year now and have had nothing but great results. The customer service from the font desk and the doctors is amazing. Very friendly and comfortable vibes. Both Doctors are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about whatever my questions and or concerns are. I was doing weekly injections and lost a considerable amount of weight. Higy recommend!

I’ve been going to Chicago Old Town Med Spa for an awhile now and have always had a really positive experience. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and they do a great job of making you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Appointments run on time (and, they were incredibly understanding when I completely missed an appointment!), communication is clear and I always feel like I’m in very capable hands. Everything always feels professional but not stiff. It’s clear they care about their clients and want people to feel good about coming back. I’ve recommended them to friends before and would absolutely do so again.

The doctors are awesome. They listen carefully to all my needs and concerns. They never disappoint. They address what i need. Been seeing the doctors for quite a few years now. Really enjoy the great work they do.
