New Image Med Spa

Today was the first day of my new lease on life, I've always pampered others, being a mom that raised 3 kiddos to independent adults. I took the advice of a friend and came to Med Spa and I'm SO glad that I did. First off, Sarah pampered me with a LONG overdue facial that left me feeling like WOW 😁 then Dr. Bob, AKA, Mr. Q&E 😉 did his magic and last but not least, Marg invited me into the Med Spa family. If you need some pampering, go to Med Spa!! You, too, will be glad you did!

I love this place. They make you feel so comfortable. Dr Bob is great. He’s REALLY good with injections and always considers your health first. Sara, the esthetician is really good too. She’s gentle and careful not to mention just fun to be around. MJ runs the office and sees that every detail is just right. The office has such a good vibe. The kind that comes from people who like each other and what they do. I always leave happy.

Completely unsatisfied, the procedure I over paid for did not make a difference I went back expressing my dissatisfaction and they tried to upsell me to another service. Do not recommend Pati or the receptionist MJ who spoke on behalf of Dr. Bob discarding me and my concerns. $700 waste of money, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience the nurse Patty is highly experienced and skilled. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and were able to make me an appointment the same day I called. This office give you reward points for your treatments. I did quite a bit of research and their prices were lower than other local Spas but the quality and service Image Med Spa offer is Excellent.

Let me tell you how amazing MJ & Patty are @ New Image😎 They have amazing prices & Patty does outstanding per fictionist work🫶🏼 I trust them so much which is so important when med spas are a dime a dozen. But no one in AZ care like this team. Thank you doctor Hetrick for finding such amazing people to run your facility❤️ I’ve been going to them since 2015 & you’re not going to find anything comparable in AZ. I have been a client at New Image Med Spa for a few years now. They are my go to spot for all of my skin care needs. I regularly schedule skin care treatments with Sara Reynolds, who is one of the best aestheticians available. She is so professional caring and is an expert in her field. My skin has never looked so good and it is all due to Sara. I am not usually one to write reviews, but after my appointment today, I have never been so happy with my results. I received Dysport and fillers in my face today with Dr. Bob Ruiz. Dr. Bob is the best injector ever! He is a true artist. I highly recommend anyone contemplating getting any kind of fillers to head over to New Image and see Dr. Bob. His technique is painless and his results are amazing. I came home and my husband said that I look 10 years younger. Thank you Dr. Bob and New Image Med Spa. Additionally,MarJo, the office manager is also one of the best around she always ensures that their clients are happy and makes all clients feel like a VIP. Bottom line, if you’re looking to feel better, take better care of your skin and achieve a more youthful appearance, go to new image med spa and let them take care of you. You won’t regret it!

New Image Spa Is Outstanding! I have been to several places to receive facial treatments, including Botox-This facility is by far the most beautiful! Not only was my service amazing, but the staff was friendly and welcoming. The doctor explained everything COMPLETELTY before he started the treatment! The entire staff and owners are total professionals, services are reasonably priced, and if you haven't tried New Image Spa yet, I highly recommend the trip!! you wont be disappointed.

I had a lot of stiffness in my back and neck when I went in search of a chiropractor. I did a search online and found Imagine Wellness. Dr. Zamora took x-rays of my back and neck. She showed the problems with my back, and also identified that my neck was even worse, to the point that the vertebrae were nearly fused. We began work immediately. I had relief starting from the first session. There is now greater flexibility in my back and neck and the pain is significantly reduced. The limited range of motion I had been experiencing has greatly improved as well. Dr. Zamora is highly experienced and she and her team are very friendly. I would definitely recommend Image Wellness to everyone.
