I got TOX and a Vampire Facial, and they both took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and make sure I was at ease. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their results. My skin is already looking refreshed and glowy, and I can’t wait to see the full results. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, gentle, and talented estheticians, Jordan and Krystal are your girls. I got a facial there and while I adored the girl doing it and she was the sweetest, I would never pay $100 for a service that did not include any facial massages or manipulations. I had my skin cleaned and product applied. Some extractions. Most facials I’ve ever had would massage face and neck. Sometimes even collar bones and shoulders or back of nape area. I got nothing in the hour I was there. The technique just wasn’t there and I could have easily applied these products to my skin in an at home routine.
