I had the DTLA Deep Hydration Facial at MedBeauty LA, and it was honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, everything was thoughtful, elevated, and so nourishing for my skin. Joanna, the L.E. was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, gentle, and genuine. She took the time to tell me what she was doing without being overwhelming. Her hands were calming and precise. The Phytomer product line is my new favorite, Every product is high-quality, and the scent was divine—especially the Rosee Visage Gel. My skin drank it all in and was so hydrated, plump, and glowsome immediately after like I was stung by a skincare bee 😆☀️🐝 The Medspa itself was spotless, light, and inviting, with complimentary sweet cookie bites and fresh coffee and tea which made the whole experience 9x better. I left relaxed, and already planning my next facial. If you’re looking for deep hydration, expert care, and a truly luxe facial experience in DTLA, this is it. ☀️💗💦🧊 ~Faheemah

OMG!!! If it weren’t for the immediate spa coma, I would have sent this review earlier! I had the most amazing facial with the amazing Stephanie Plescia! She is a magical spa fairy that you must experience. Very informative, warm, knowledgeable, kind, patient. I had the Diamond Glow Platinum Facial and wow! I had a premier after party for the new Crime 101 movie and I looked and felt red carpet ready!! Stephanie and the amazing ladies that welcomed me were all amazing brand ambassadors for this spa! Shout out to Sulem and Byllie for welcoming me and making me feel like a VIP! Shout out to Faheemah for recommending I do this! Shout out to Dr. Lori for creating this safe, welcoming, and very professional space. I will definitely recommend to everyone! I look forward to coming back. I had an amazing experience with my Cosmelan treatment, and I cannot recommend my provider enough!!! From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She took the time to explain every step of the process, set realistic expectations, and made sure I felt confident and supported throughout the entire journey.🌸🌸 What I appreciated most was how detail oriented and caring she was :) not just during the treatment, but with aftercare and follow up. I truly felt like I was in expert hands. Definitely come here again :)

I've been going to MedBeautyLA for a few years already, I can tell I'm happy with how my skin looks now. I have dry and sensitive skin due to rosacea, so I usually get deep hydration or diamod glow facial, doing it constantly has really improved my skin. Dr. Aliksanian is truly a magician. I've had Botox and Xeomin several times in the past and was always underwhelmed by the results, until I went to MedbeautyLA. She actually knows what she's doing: the right technique, the right amount, and results that look natural and flawless. On top of that, she takes the time to listen, gives honest advice, and really cares about your skin concerns. Hands down the best experience I've had with injectables. Edit after my 2nd appointment : I recently had Botox done with Danielle at MedbeautyLA and I’m honestly blown away by the results. I’ve had Botox at several other places before, but the technique she used felt completely different. She was incredibly precise and really took the time to assess my face instead of using a standard injection pattern. What amazed me the most is how quickly it started setting in. I was already seeing results the next day, which has never happened to me before. The result looks so smooth and natural while still keeping my expressions. I’ve also seen Dr. Aliksanian before and both of them truly have amazing techniques. You can tell they really understand what they’re doing and care about getting the best, most natural results possible. MedbeautyLA has easily become my go-to place for injectables and I couldn’t recommend Danielle and Dr. Aliksanian more.

I love Med Beauty LA they are kind professional and supportive. I feel so taken care of at this spa. I opted for the diamond glow facial that Exfoliates skin to reveal a brighter, smoother complexion; Extracts debris and congestion to unclog pores; Infuses skin with nourishing serums for skin rejuvenation. My skin is so clean and bright now. Moisturized too… I can’t wait as long now in between appointments my skin feels so wonderful. Try Med Beauty LA you will love this place too…

Best IPL treatment in LA! The staff at MEDBEAUTYLA explained skin resurfacing and had me follow up with a Salt Facial. They really care about problems skin like mine and I’m noticing significant improvement. Two thumbs way up!

I came in for a little bit of hylenex, a product I've gotten many times before. I expressed concern to the doctor several times about injecting without ultrasound (I came to her specifically because she offered it) and she assured me we didn't "need" it, which was disappointing because it can only improve the treatment. After the consultation, she went straight into injecting, and there was a lot of product left in the vial when she was finished... but I was charged for 6cc's (4 vials) of product. This seemed like a mistake considering that she told me we were going light with the treatment. The receptionists had a difficult time even figuring out the unit of measurement I was even charged in. I was shocked by the $510 price, and the receptionist told me "I should know what prices are before I come in or stop the appointment if I would like to know", which was disappointing knowing I didn't have 4 syringes of product injected, there are no hylenex prices on their website, and that what you want going in is often different than what you land on in the consultation. I do not believe I was charged the correct amount for the amount of product that was used, and I don't like the explanation I received. This was a disappointing experience. Update-- It's been some time and no one has attempted to reach out to remedy this. I also haven't noticed any improvement since my treatment. I feel like I just threw $500 away.
