I had a wonderful experience at Look Lab Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The space is absolutely beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It truly feels like a first-class, five-star experience from start to finish. The receptionist was excellent and made me feel welcome right away. My nurse, Carly, was incredible so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I truly had the greatest experience and would highly recommend Look Lab Med Spa to anyone looking for top-quality service in a beautiful and welcoming environment. I cannot wait to go back for my next appointment. They definitely deserve five stars!

Carly is amazing!! Love my results! Her attention to detail and expertise is exactly what I was looking for. Carly took the time to listen to my concerns. I really appreciated she didn’t just suggest treatments – she educated me and shared her honest professional opinion on what would work best for me and my skin. I had my appointment with Carly to do my Botox & I was extremely pleased and happy that I had her treat me. She did a thorough assessment and presented a care plan that was perfect for my needs. Highly recommend seeing her! Also the spa itself was so cute and clean. Definitely my preferred medspa and will be coming back for all my treatments!

I’ve had a really positive experience with this med spa. The team is professional, welcoming, and genuinely takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and accommodating; these are traits that are hard to come by at most offices I’ve visited. My botox results have been subtle and natural - my forehead lines look noticeably softer without feeling frozen or overdone. I’ve also seen significant progress with my semaglutide injections. The weight loss has been significant even though it’s only been two weeks. The support and guidance throughout the process made a big difference - Kennedy is one of the most thoughtful and supportive nurses ever! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to regain or strengthen their confidence.

The Med Spa and Kennedy came highly recommended by my close friend. When I arrived the reception was very welcoming. The Spa decor is chic & soothing. Kennedy clearly is a professional at her craft, she really listened to my needs and made recommendations and explained everything in great detail. I immediately felt comfortable with Kennedy. We aligned on my goals and came up with a plan. I’m very excited &happy with how well everything went. This was visit #1 of what I feel will be a long partnership in my self care.

Sharon took her time learning about my skin concerns, issues and products I’m using at home. She’s very knowledgeable and suggested the right treatments for my facial. My skin was really parched and well overdue for a hydrating facial.Sharon kept me informed about the products and steps as she did my facial. I felt very at ease with her.
