Update 10/25/25 I came in for the Bye-Bye Bags promo, knowing it wasn’t an actual treatment to remove my eye bags (did not want something evasive) but more like a facial for the under eyes. I had my consultation with Joel, who took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I decided to do the PRP treatment the same day with Naomi, and she was wonderful. She was gentle, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I noticed an instant result right after the treatment. My under eyes looked more refreshed and brighter, and the overall experience felt very professional and caring. They even did my #11s complimentary, thank you!!! Here are my before and after photos. I’m so happy with the results already and highly recommend this treatment and team if you’re considering PRP or just want a natural refresh. 💛 10/3/25 This was my first time at Lily Beauty Medical Spa and I had such a welcoming experience. I booked a hydrofacial with Sophie, and she was absolutely amazing. She’s so kind, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. Joel was also so warm and friendly, which really added to how inviting the space felt. The customer service here is excellent and you can tell everyone goes above and beyond for their clients. I’m already looking forward to coming back for my next treatment!

I just completed my first under-eye PRP treatment (for eye bags) at Lilly Beauty Medspa today. I was informed ahead of time that some bruising is normal because of the many veins and capillaries in that area, so I expected it. The nurse was incredibly gentle while administering the PRP under my eyes and around a few fine lines. She even included a micro-needling treatment to help tighten the lower eye area for better results. I’m really excited to see how it turns out. This medspa offers so many treatments, and they truly cater to your needs — they don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need, unlike some other places. The staff and the manager are genuinely caring and attentive.

Do not get a facial here, they are very unhygienic. I asked if I could charge my phone before my facial, the girl brought a charger and plugged in my phone, then started touching touch my face with the same gloves she used to touch my phone and charger! I had to ask her to change her gloves… I’ve never exlerienced such poor hygiene practices at a spa. Do not come here

I'm new to SF but not new to receiving Medi Spa treatments, so believe me when I say, Lilly Beauty is an absolute gem! I've been receiving the Microneedling with Exosom treatments, 3 thus far, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The firmness and elasticity in my face is returning and my forhead furrows are now barely noticeable. I've even been able to discontinue Botox. In addition, Sophia is an amazing estitician! She's friendly, personable, knowledgeable and she goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable and relaxing vibe. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit as well as future plans to address some of my other skincare concerns.

Went in for 3 micro-needling treatments + I facial and had a great experience. The staff - Joel and Sophie - were attentive, friendly, and chatted to me in-depth about how I could overcome some of my skin challenges. I'm still working through my sessions so will report back on results- overall skin is looking more even and less textured with the treatments, but am specifically hoping to see my raised forehead scar minimize with future sessions.

I really wish I read the reviews before I went! I found this company on Instagram advertising "Bye Bye Bye Eye Bag treatment" for $49 and no deposit fee. I should have canceled the appointment after the first red flag, they sent me a invoice for $20 to hold the appointment. I called them and asked what that was about and explained I feel like that is false advertising. I don't mind paying deposits if that is the policy but NOT if they say there is NO DEPOSIT! The lady on the phone reassured me I did not have to pay the $20 deposit, and then I asked her will there be a price change when I get in there and she again reassured me it would be $49. I went to the appointment which was at 12:30pm and didn't get called to start the treatment until almost 1:00pm! The treatment they did seems like a nice face massage, the devices and technology used did absolutely NOTHING! I wanted to address under eye bags with treatment options that actually work! When I checked out and was ready to pay, they tried to charge me $69! I had to show the girl the special says $49. She then adjusted the price to $49 and the ONLY reason why I tipped $10 is because the face massage felt good! Then a Asian gentleman took me to his office before I left and tried to up sell me on a $3000 procedure that would only cost "me" $1000 to "actually get rid of my eye bags" with two sessions! I thought to myself what was the point in the useless procedure you had me do? And what makes me even more mad is I called a couple days before even booking the appointment and asked how effective is the treatment and the lady on the phone said there are people that see results the same day depending on how severe their eye bags are! Mind you there was zero change after my treatment! And I got that treatment on a "so called special" according to the flyer that is normally a $340 treatment. Their marketing strategy is a money grab! The way they run their business feels deceiving! Now I will NEVER know if there $3000/$1000 treatment works because I feel like I was conned out of $60 and WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!! I will take the "L" I should have know better and paid attention to all the red flags!

This place is a scam. My partner came in here for a $49 service and they wouldn’t let her leave without purchasing a $1500 package that she repeatedly refused. She finally gave in because she wanted to just pay and leave and they had told her she had 7 days for a refund. The next day she called for a refund and they still have not issued it.

Lilly Med Spa is over all one of the best Med Spas i’ve been too! The service was amazing and all of their staff are very kind and helpful and professional. Especially their skin tightening service which left me feeling more confident! I definitely recommend for a relaxing experience making you feel better than when you walked in!
