I recently had Ultherapy on my face and neck at Ive Medspa, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was truly above average — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they value their clients and take pride in what they do. The quality of work is outstanding. The provider took time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment, and approached it with a high level of precision and expertise. I especially appreciated that they use the newest and best Ultherapy machine on the market — it gave me confidence knowing I was receiving top-tier technology. Their skincare products are also incredibly extensive and clearly high-grade. It’s not just about performing a treatment there — they really think holistically about your skin and long-term results. Prior to this I’ve done Ultherapy three times elsewhere in LA and clearly see the difference- much more effective! Overall, Ive Medspa delivers both excellence and professionalism, but in a way that still feels personal and welcoming. I highly recommend them if you’re considering Ultherapy or any advanced face and body treatments. I personally observed their newest and coolest machines including RF, Ultherapy, etc. I will definitely come back to Ive for more treatments.

I visited IVE spa a few weeks ago from out of town. I had an amazing experience with Suhee the owner as well as their entire staff. I don’t remember the name of the nurse who also helped but she was excellent as well. The facility was very clean & modern. I had multiple treatments done & Suhee was super thoughtful to make sure my concerns were all addressed. She also gave generous discounts for receiving multiple treatments. Excellent all around!

Had a wonderful experience at IVE and hope all of you out there get the opportunity to see it first hand, as I did. Walked in to a serene, friendly, professional & spotless atmosphere. All staff were warm professionals who immediately put me at ease as they guided me to the room for my treatment. I opted for the PRIME Ultherapy, which is their most current technology, and one of the few locations that offers it. Su was such a competent & impressively knowledgeable with a skill set that backed up her credentials & paired perfectly with her associate, Alex, who was equally as warm & professional as she, answering any questions or concerns that I had. After about 35 minutes of numbing cream setting in on my face and neck, it was time for the procedure. They walked me through all that was happening, along with checking in on any discomfort I may be experiencing. . Happy to report that it really wasn’t painful and was comforted knowing I was in great hands. Su was so generous to add a few extras, such as, some additional shots , skin cleanse hydro exfoliation, & a cooling mask that soothed my skin infused with aromatherapy. There is nothing short of excellence when you’re in the care of Su. I could already see the tightening and initial lifting that this top of the line technology offers & look forward to the resurgence of collagen in the next 30 to 90 days. If you are looking for top notch treatment & results, there is no better place than IVE to meet your needs & surpass your expectations.

BEST medical spa I've been to. Excellent services, great prices, clean, and I'm super happy with the laser/ultherapy treatment I received from them. They do not seem to water down their botox like other places do, and their equipment is the most up to date/top quality. Instead of buying a groupon, I asked them to price match groupon and they did, plus they also threw in some extra services.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is so welcoming and kind. I had Ultherapy done and Su is absolutely phenomenal. I will be back for sure. If I could give 10 stars I would. My skin already looks so good today.

I received the In Mode laser therapy and Botox and I can't express how happy I am with the results. Everyone has been telling me how much slimmer my jawline has become and received so many compliments. The level of service that the staff provides is also very professional and excellent. As a first timer, I was a little bit worried but they are so knowledgeable and provide the best recommendations with explanations to all the details so I felt even more confident about choosing this medical spa over other places. Highly recommend!

This is like the most crazy Groupon purchase, appointment making process and service getting in my entire life just awful. I called you on Monday to make my apmt for Weds at 10am. You confirmed it. Then Tuesday at 530pm you cancel on me. I made a new appmt for Weds at 230pm you confirm, I show up and you are not present, called several times you do not pick up. I texted making a Friday appmt on Weds you do not respond till today Friday. I am texting again after 2 days of no response. I will post this as my review and contact Groupon to cancel your site. I already paid for both services. This is ridiculous for a first time client. I hope all your client read my review just awful. You are an aweful person running an aweful business. No courtesy for your client's needs and time. NONE. Aweful I'll ask for my refund and go somewhere else but I'll post my review first. DO NOT GO HERE AWEFUL process and till date an entire week later I still have no appointment and no service has been done. This is a place I called on Monday 2 days before the day I needed service and 5 days later still nothing. I could give zero stars I would.

It was my first time getting lip fillers, and I was honestly so nervous — but the doctors at IVE were incredibly kind and real with me. They didn’t just say yes to everything; if they felt a procedure wasn’t necessary, they told me straight up, which was such a refreshing change from how pressured I’ve felt at other places. I got my lip fillers done a week ago, and the initial job was fantastic! I went back in today since I’ll be out of town soon, and I mentioned that my top lip still looked a little thin. Instead of suggesting more filler, my doctor explained something called a lip flip using just a tiny bit of botox, and even offered it as a free service! She took the time to show me how it works and made sure I fully understood and was comfortable before deciding. I’m so glad I found this place — they really care about you and not just your money. Totally recommend! 💕
