I had the BEST experience at It’s a Secret Med Spa! They did an amazing job on my Botox — the results are so natural and smooth, exactly what I was hoping for. Lo was my injector and she was absolutely incredible. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything so I felt completely comfortable and confident. I have been seeing Ellory since she started at the Plano location and whenever she moved to the Dallas location, I along with many other clients made the switch because the drive is worth it with the results you get from her! I get Dysport in my forehead and under eye area and It saved my life literally. I wasn’t able to eat before trying this because I suffer from migraines that are triggered by preservatives in most foods. Botox didn’t work in the past for me but Ellory didn’t turn me away she kept trying until we found that Dysport works better for me and she found the perfect dosage. It started out for beauty purposes and it ended up being a life saver for my migraines that were leaving me debilitated. Plus it’s nice to have a wrinkle free forehead because I had deep lines like a pug before but you would never know that now that I get Dysport. I’m a special needs mom and it was hard to take care of my disabled son whenever my limbs weren’t working from migraines but now that I see Ellory and get Dysport every so often, I can live my life migraine free and be there for my son! She also does my lip filler and I haven’t required any for over a year now because she doesn’t take your money and over fill you. She will recommend waiting a little longer if you come too soon because she actually cares about her clients and their results. She isn’t just trying to make money off of you and this is why I only trust her with my face! She reshaped my lips with filler and I get so many compliments thanks to her and her amazing work. I was over filled by another injector before I met her and when I found her she was honest but in a nice way about my botched filler and instead of making me feel bad about it she immediately helped me fix my lips and the shape! The staff are all really friendly and offer you water as soon as you walk in every time plus it’s very clean and smells amazing in their clinic. I know this is long but I could go on and on about how amazing Ellory is however come see for yourself!

Tiffani is the best of the best certified NP with the most knowledge and trusted nurse when it comes to injections, understanding your features, products and more. If I ever move I’ll fly back just to get a booking with Tiffani. If you’re coming for a facial or laser treatment, you must see Claire. She’s the best technician for the job, gives a great hydra facial, knows what your skin needs, gives a mean BBL that lasts. I simply recommend these two professional women again and again. Best Med Spa front desk staff, they’re always kind, helpful and understanding. Don’t go anywhere but here if you want to look your best and feel confident in your choice.

I just had a skin tightening session with Lindsey and it was amazing! I’ve always had her do my hydra or diamond glow facials, but she recommended the skin tightening facial and I was impressed! I asked a few questions about the wavelength and benefits of the facial and I was sold. Will def be incorporating that into my skin treatment every two or three months. Tiffani did my SkinVive treatment and was incredible! She explained every step so clearly and made me feel totally comfortable. No bruising at all, she’s seriously the best! Plus, her treatment room had the cutest seasonal décor (I’m obsessed with the little bats 🦇). Such a great experience that I already booked a HydraFacial with Victoria. Can’t wait to come back!
