I have visited Melonie in Larkspur for Dysport injections several times and I am very happy! Her work consistently looks natural and I love that she is clear with costs so I always feel comfortable with the amount I am spending. Shout out to the front desk girls who (completely unprompted) went out of their way to find a discount for my last visit!

Microneedling with Kaynaz has been a great experience. She’s detail-oriented and never rushes - making sure every area of your face is treated properly. Iv’e done 3 treatments with her so far. Highly recommend!

I came for Botox and my nurse practitioner was amazing!! She was so gentle, informative and quick at what she does. I can’t wait to come back for my next treatment!

HVME is my go to Med Spa now. Very professional staff, well regarded and they deliver what they advertise. I had the Fraxel laser treatment and it made my skin so smooth and helped diminish sun damage and fine wrinkles. More recently I was administered "baby botox" and am very impressed with the results. I will be going back for more, including some CoolSculpting, dermal fillers and more Fraxel Laser treatment. Thank you HVME for helping me look younger.

Went in for tear trough filler- fairly easy and have had them before. The injector, Melanie, misplaced the filler in my right eye. When the office followed up, I stated I was not happy with the result so they had me come in for a touch up. Melanie began jamming the needle under my eye at which point I told her to stop, that she was going to give me a black eye. She said it was fine so I left. Sure enough, I have a blackened eye that looks like someone popped me and I have to go to work with this. Overall terrible experience and would not return. Wish I could post the pic.

Just had my consultation and it was excellent. Everyone was nice. The consultation was super informative. I decided to go ahead with the treatment plan and will update after that.

She was calm, kind, and so attentive to how I was feeling. The moment I shared my anxiety, she took her time to reassure me and helped me feel relaxed—as if I were in the care of someone who genuinely understood and cared. The spa itself has a serene, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. And before I even realized it, the procedure was over! I actually said “wow” out loud—because she truly wowed me. It was smooth, gentle, and nothing like the experience I was bracing for. I'm so grateful for Victoria’s care and will absolutely be returning. If you're even a little nervous or just want a provider who knows how to make you feel completely comfortable, she's the one to see. Highly recommend!

This was my first time receiving treatment and my first time getting 💉! I really appreciated how Nina and team at Hayes Valley Med took the time to explain any side effects, as well as the pros and cons of the procedure. She made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I had also considered some laser treatments, but since I’m going on holiday, they advised that it might be better to wait. I truly value their honesty and commitment to looking out for my best interests, rather than pushing me towards procedures I don’t need.
