-They do try to upsell you products and have tipping options. She kept pointing out my facial hair. At one point there smelt like marijuanna though that could have been another patient rather than a staff. I found out I prefer regular medical places. Overall though the chemical peel went smoothly priced around $220? They do offer free consults.

I booked a dermaplane service by Neela prior to my 50th birthday party. The facilities are elegant and comfortable. The service and results were excellent. Neela provided detailed care and thoughtful knowledge throughout the service. I was very pleased with the overall experience and results. Thank you very much and I hope to be booking here again soon! I would highly recommend this medspa!

I just moved to Chicago from the East Coast and have tried laser multiple times without getting good results! The gentle max pro machine and detailed approach used by Gold Coast med spa has yielded me amazing results that I didn’t think were possible! I 10/10 recommend using them for laser hair removal and I will be coming back for more treatments!

Fantastic first time experience at Gold Coast Med Spa! Neela was amazing at analyzing my skin with great recommendations. I had dermaplaning with a facial finished off with LED red lights. Left with rejuvenated skin.

I have been having a great experience at GoldCoast Medspa. Neela is great and after many years of trying different lasers, I am finally seeing results!

Update 3/19 - 3 stars: Linda was kind enough to call me soon after my original post and make sure things were made right. I appreciated her reaching out, as between her and Danielle, I had previously had great visits in the past. She provided me today with a hydrating treatment, and we've keep an eye on my progress of skin over the past couple months. Even though Linda had nothing to do with the problem facial from the winter, I admire her for taking it upon herself to make my trust grow back in the practice. Thank you Linda! Original 1/7 - 1 star: I have been to Gold Coast medspa many times over the past couple of years for dermaplaning and laser hair removal. This particular time, I received a Black Friday deal for a hydrating facial and dermaplaning. This picture is the result 5 days after. I do not have breakouts and have generally clear skin, so the breakouts and extreme redness (due to dryness, ironic after a ‘hydrating’ facial) were very concerning. When I called to show results and explain that my skin has never reacted this way to the other times I’ve been derma-planed at their facility, they proceeded to tell me that it is “normal” and “it must have been something with my after care routine”. I am very disappointed with their unwillingness to make things right, as I have tried to work with them for weeks after the situation occurred to see if they can provide a treatment to try and rectify this. The picture was taken 12/21, and today is 1/7 and my neck and chest are still covered in breakouts and what is now turning into scars.

I always have the best experience every time I’m here! Both Daniella and Justyna have so much expertise and experience and always make sure I’m comfortable. I get my laser and facials done and I always leave satisfied. Everyone there is always so kind and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

GCMS far exceeded my expectations and was the BEST first experience I could’ve hoped for as someone who was new to laser hair removal. Their level of care, knowledge, and professionalism immediately put me at ease as Daniella walked me through the entire process. Very happy to return.
