After almost six months coming to Glow Medspa, I finally feel confident enough to leave a review. Today I had the chance to get my laser treatment with Lori, and in my opinion, she is the warmest person in there. She provided an excellent laser session, explained everything clearly, and was extremely gentle. My skin is very sensitive and she made me feel truly cared for, more than anyone else in this place so far. I have gotten my laser treatment from other technicians who are also good but not as warm/careful/gentle as her! I would kindly suggest that the front desk staff be a bit more welcoming, as clients come here to feel good and treat themselves, and a friendly attitude helps enhance that experience. So far I do recommend this place since I got good and pain free results. Go to Groupon if you are a first time client (never EVER been there) and get the greatest deal!!

I’m toward the end of my laser hair removal treatments for underarms, legs and a full Brazilian (front and back) and I’m already coming back for additional services, upper lip and fingers. I originally purchased my 12 sessions through Groupon and it was absolutely worth it! For reference, I’m half Mexican and Spanish with thick, coarse hair and I’ve seen amazing results. Brianna is excellent at what she does, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. She made every session comfortable and explained the process clearly. I highly recommend Brianna and this med spa!

RUINED MY BROWS…..STAY AWAY !! I am beyond devastated by my experience at Glow Med Spa with Linda. I have been painstakingly growing out my eyebrows for a long time, and in one face session, Linda "zapped" the length of my brow, significantly reducing them. What makes this worse was the complete lack of professionalism and honesty during the service: • When I felt the zap and told her she hit my hair, she claimed it was just the spatula used to cover the brow. • I asked for a mirror to see the damage myself. It might not look like a "huge" spot to a stranger, but the shape is compromised and it feels terrible. .The manager came in and was initially incredibly rude, dismissively saying, “I honestly can’t make out the difference.” To have a professional minimize the damage they caused to a client’s face is unacceptable. It took her a while to finally say she’s sorry about what happened. Till then it was about how the hair will grow back, we can’t do anything now. They offered me two free treatments as compensation, but after the way I was treated and the lack of skill shown. Needless to say I am terribly shaken and upset with what has happened and thankful that my brows are on the thicker side - i dread to think if she got the center of my brow how I’d have felt . I can only hope the length of my brows return

First time doing a Facial and the evening team was very welcoming and informative. They throughly explained to me the process and benefits of doing the aquafacial. Im shocked on the face scan telling me the status of my skin. Anais did a wonderful job on the facial, a treatment very relaxing and soothing.

Super incredible experience! I've done laser from elsewhere (SEV) for over a year and a half and the hair has not been gone as much as they should be. The treatment I received here has been 10 times better from the get go. The consultation was so amazing, the team is so knowledgeable and Ana had suchhhh attention to detail, she was being super careful with the areas, making sure to get every square inches. Honestly, I can't even imagine going to any other med spa from now on

This place kinda scams you, probably if you use a coupon like I did. Did a few sessions of laser hair removal. Found out that they used criminally low settings which is why I didn’t get meaningful results. They used 7J/cm2 fluence - really??? The bare minimum for a “low” setting for hair removal is 14! And apparently too low like 7 can actually *stimulate* hair growth!! Each appointment I had a new tech, and no one took before/after pictures so how could they know what they were doing. They scheduled my follow ups way too close together (4 weeks) so I didn’t have time to notice the lack of changes in hair growing back. Now it’s been 2 months since my last session and it’s like I never had any laser treatments at all. Waste of time and money - not to mention the treatments still hurt, so I went through all that for nothing and might even be worse off if they stimulated more hair growth. I wish I had done better research before, and spoke up before it was too late. I chose this place because they use the Gentlemax laser, but even the right equipment won’t do anything if it’s in the wrong hands. Sucks :/

I get laser hair removal for Brazilian and underarms. Each one of the technicians I’ve had has been fantastic. My favorite one thus fur has been Amanda. She is so knowledgeable about skin textures, and ways to obtain perfect smooth Barbie skin. They actually assess your skin type and decide which machine would be better for you. All of my experiences have been great at glow medspa/new look. There’s parking adjacent to the building and the office, itself is modern with gray, pink, white and gold hues.

Medical spa in San Francisco's Polk Gulch with a knowledgeable, attentive provider who takes time to explain everything, in a clean, organized office.

Phoenix medical spa in Camelback East Village offering personalized skincare plans in a luxurious setting, with memberships, online scheduling, and wheelchair-accessible facilities.
