I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience here! I see Nurse Paige for Botox and lip injections and she is truly an artist. From the moment I walk in, I feel comfortable, cared for, and completely confident that I’m in expert hands. She takes the time to listen to exactly what you want, explains everything clearly, and delivers results that look beautiful, natural, and perfectly balanced. My Botox is smooth but still expressive (no frozen face over here), and my lips are plump, symmetrical, and SO flattering to my features. I’ve never felt more confident. The entire experience is professional, clean, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. You can tell they care about their clients and their work — and it shows in the results. If you’re thinking about Botox or lip filler, this is your sign. Nurse Paige is the one. I couldn’t be happier and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face! Paige is the absolute BEST! my lips have never looked better, and she is so well educated on anatomy that i felt so comfortable getting xeomin. the place is beautiful too, i recommend it to anyone!

Avoid at all costs! Lousy reception, had me go into the injection room and wait for 2+ hours. They didn’t let my husband in and my phone was dead so I had to look at ceiling for all that time. When the injector came she didn’t even apologize for the delay. She looked like she had some extremely bad work done on her face, it was so bad she didn’t even look like a human being. That because she wasn’t and it showed on the inside too. She took literally 10 min to do the filler and Botox, disregarding what I had to say and what I wanted. Never went back there ever after that. Many months after I had to depend on their bad service again because my surgeon wanted a history of all fillers I had in the past year. I asked for the records and they needed a bunch of information that none of the clinics I went to needed. I took my time and gave them all the information, then they send me an email saying I had to pay for the pages of the records and I had to way 7 business days to get the records. My Dr. told me to collect the records today, so that I could have the records tomorrow. Because of course, any decent clinic would send the records today (which they did). Now I’m gonna have to delay my visit and my surgery because of this clinic. I am a busy person and had a very specific date in mind my surgery and this clinic is complicating my life. What they’re doing is unlawful. You can’t just make up your own laws like that. I wish I had never set foot on this clinic. I hated it from the very first 10 seconds I entered the place, from the setup of the clinic to the reception and their stupid policies, to the rude, careless injector who obviously had no idea of proportion and you could tell that by looking at her face. Now I find out that they’re the only clinic in Vegas that makes such a huge deal of sending my records and that makes you pay for it too. Worst experience I have ever had with a clinic in my whole life. No work ethics whatsoever 🤮

Absolutely love Flawless MedSpa! They always make me feel so comfortable and leaving feeling even more beautiful. Every injector is wonderful, so you never feel less than if you don’t get to book with the specific practitioner that you intended. I love the deals they offer as well, like the bring your bestie, because that’s how I got introduced to them in the first place! I continue to recommend them to all my friends and will forever be thankful for all the ladies at Flawless, making me feel pretty in my own skin.

Everyone is so incredibly nice. Paige is especially amazing. Was incredibly detailed on how she was going to do the filler. Went over how my lips currently looked and how I wanted my desired results to be. She was super gentle and answered all my questions. I will definitely be returning in the future.
