I recently had a facial at Evolve Med Spa, and it was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was serene and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Lana who did my facial was amazing.

Got Xeomin and love the results. Trying a new injector is always a little nerve-wracking, but this was such a great experience. Clean, beautiful space, amazing customer service, and they were honest about the units I actually needed. No upsell, which I really appreciated. I think I worked with Sharon. If so, ask for her, she’s a delight.

This has been one of the most upsetting and disappointing experiences I’ve had with a medical spa. I came in for microneedling to improve mild hyperpigmentation and instead was left with new scarring and severe dark discoloration that I did not have before, primarily on one side of my face. I have had microneedling done in the past without any issues, which makes this outcome even more concerning. When I first reached out, I was told this was a “normal” part of the healing process and to wait 14 days. I followed every post-care instruction and waited the full time. Once my skin healed, the marks did not improve. They worsened, leaving visible damage that now requires additional treatment to correct. After a virtual follow-up and sending multiple photos as requested, I was met with silence. No urgency, no guidance, no accountability. Being left with facial damage and then ignored is unacceptable. The lack of care once something went wrong has been shocking. I would never return and strongly caution anyone considering treatment here to think twice about how complications are handled. Only book here if you are prepared to deal with an annoying and cumbersome AI receptionist. I called to cancel my appointment after I came down the flu. I spent 5 minutes “talking” to a phone bot, only to be transferred to the office’s voicemail. I did not get a call back from a human until several hours later. I dont care how cheap their Botox is, I will not spend money at a place that does not value customer service.

My mother has been struggling with her confidence for a while due to her lips changing over the years. We had 2 consultations with Katie where she was super kind, thorough and patient with us. It was both of our first time doing any type of cosmetic procedure and Katie really did a great job with making us feel comfortable. She was super kind and gentle with my mom. Literally ended with happy tears. Thank you so much Katie for bringing my mom's confidence back, you are an absolute Angel. My mom is so happy with her results! And I can't forget Fatima who also made us feel at home. Feels like I'm chatting with a long time friend everytime we see her. You ladies are the best 🤗

Katie!!! It was my first time getting lip filler, i was such an anxious mess. But i convinced myself to go. Katie genuinely did such an amazing job, I will be recommending her to everyone that ever wants filler. She did JUST the right amount for me, not too crazy but still a noticeable difference. I even felt super nauseous midway through the procedure and she knew exactly what to do for me to feel better. She truly was so kind. I had barely any bruising and she numbed me so well. Thank you so much Katie, you were the beset truly. You deserve the world!!!

Katie Downes has done lip flips & filler on me and she is literally the best!!! I’ve had lip filler before from other places and thought I was satisfied, but I had no idea what I was missing until I found her. She is so sweet and knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. I get really sweaty and a bit light headed whenever I’m near needles and she is so calm and amazing, I can’t say enough good things about my experience every time I’ve been.
