I had such a wonderful experience at this spa! I booked a facial with Lauren and she was absolutely amazing very gentle and attentive to my skin’s needs. Much needed and so relaxing. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The building itself is beautiful, calming, and spotless. You can truly feel the relaxing atmosphere as soon as you enter. I can’t wait to come back!

I had the best experience at ELLEMES Medical Spa! Jaycee did my dermaplaning and HydraFacial, and she was absolutely amazing. Since it was my first time, I didn’t know what to expect, but she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything along the way. I’ve had such a great experience at Ellemes Med Spa! I’ve received three services so far. Lip filler with Thao and two sessions of BBL and Moxi with Lauren and every visit has been amazing. I always felt comfortable and never pressured to purchase products or add-ons. They take the time to explain exactly what they’re doing, how the treatment works, and why it’s beneficial, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. Thao and Lauren are incredibly personable and easy to talk to. Every appointment felt relaxed, and we always had great conversations, which made the experience even better. I’m in my late 30s and really stepping into my era of prioritizing my skin. I truly feel like Ellemes can help me achieve my skincare goals. Highly recommend!

My experience with Jaycee Zotti was so calming and therapeutic, I felt like I was a celebrity. She made me feel so relaxed and answered my questions about microneedling and after I was finished fully explained my home care routine to get the most out of my treatment. After a few days my skin looked like a sunburn but applying the lotion treatments as Jaycee instructed, it slowly faded and my skin looked and felt 10 years younger. I would highly recommend any treatment that she performs. She’s a caring genius dedicated to her craft!

Lauren was great. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave me a lot of information on what I can do at home to maintain my skin and also what could help me treatment wise at the spa. Together we figured out a plan. I can already see the results and am so thankful I found her!

3-4 WEEK UPDATE: I am so disappointed! The Nefertiti life that I spent a bunch of money on didn’t work at all, my jowls are still the same as they were the day I went in. My mouth ended up being twisted into a weird Joker smile. Every time I even attempt to close my mouth it twists into this hideous Joker/Clown smile. I cannot chew or talk properly. I’m afraid to even go back to attempt to have it corrected because I’m afraid to let them touch my face anymore. My lips looked incredible the first few days until I realized the filler had been placed so high that I’ll have to have it dissolved before I get any more because it’s going to migrate upwards. I think that’s also why I’m having so much trouble talking (when I say anything with a P or B my cheeks fill with air and I blow), because there is filler all in the top portion of my upper lip but none in the body of it to properly close my mouth. All of my friends and husband have told me how “crazy” and “botched” I look and every time I see myself I want to cry. Thao claims to have given me, a 40 year old with minimal wrinkling, 92 units of Botox for my forehead and jowls. Forehead looks good, jowls are the same as they were, no lift whatsoever. I have a large lump of filler on the inside/bottom of the left side of my top lift. I’m not sure what she did around my mouth area that caused this awful clown smile but none of my smile lines or wrinkles around my mouth are gone either. See updated photo taken today at 3-4 weeks post. Joker smile, wrinkles visible, uneven lips, lumps, hanging jowls and a $1900 bill to look like this?!? I will NOT return. Seriously disappointed. ORIGINAL REVIEW: After two years of no filler or botox due to my face being botched elsewhere and my fear of it happening again, I found Thao online while googling before and after photos for Russian Lips. She was SO patient with me, I explained my anxieties surrounding facial work and my past experience and she did everything to make me comfortable and pain free! My lips came out great, the prices were average and maybe even a bit cheaper than what you’d expect in Metro Atlanta, and she really took her time and made sure to correct my asymmetries and give me the look I desired! Thank you, Thao! I’ll be back!! Also… I had almost NO bruising for the first time EVER!

I trust Lauren with my life! I got a series of MOXI facials here and she has been so helpful through the process. When I went in for a consultation originally, I was nervous it would be a "salesy" vibe that I have gotten at other medical spas but it wasnt at all. She listened to my concerns, walked me through different options at different price points. Took her time to analyze my skincare routine and suggest possible tweaks without pushing products on me. Highly recommend Lauren and the team at ELLEMES!

Very welcoming & pleasant! My procedure was explained well. Lauren talked to me about a couple other procedures I am interested in having as well. I also receive great treatment! The gals there are so nice!
