Elinea on 18th & Noe

I’ve just finished my second SkinPen microneedling session with Komal today. After our first session in late August, I saw such a difference in the texture and appearance of my acne scarring. Plus, almost all the discoloration from my scarring went away! The team takes before and after photos with VISIA between each treatment, and if you do a package like myself, they have each session’s photo saved to see your progress over time. Before coming to Elinea, I had done microneedling about 5 times before in NYC, but the results paled in comparison to just one session with Komal. Typically, I would notice slight changes in removing discoloration, but not really much in terms of texture improvement. This is likely because NYC doesn’t have the same protocols as CA for certain services to be administered by medical providers. A medical provider is able to go much deeper, which gives more effective results. Not only is Komal is so effective in addressing my concerns, she also takes an abundance of caution when treating me. For example, recommending SkinPen over Halo to avoid risk of hyperpigmentation for my skin (which I am wary of as a person of color) and also explaining why she avoids going too deep for my skin. Not only is she a fantastic provider, but she is so lovely as a person too! Honestly, everyone I’ve interacted with at Elinea, (Kriss, Ellen, Tess just to namedrop a few!) is a genuinely kind person. I know Dr. Rami built such a great community at this practice even if we haven’t had a treatment together. The atmosphere is so welcoming and every potential need is anticipated to make sure you’re comfortable. The space is beautiful and incredible immaculate, from the waiting area to the restroom. Since moving to SF, I’ve had trouble finding new places for aesthetic treatments, but I am so happy to have found Elinea and Komal. The team offers so many services, from chemical peels to laser to injectables, I’m sure there’s something for anyone. I am so excited to see my results this time around, and for my next session in December!

The entire team is attentive, professional, and clearly invested in patient outcomes. Friendly medi spa in Castro. I'm only here for the hydrafacial sections, but even the clinic doctor would be delightful and great to the clients. Very relaxing environment to start a facial. I have been lucky to have both aestheticians Sara and Angie take care of my face. Both of them are professional and communicative about what I need. Lite music and essential oil defuser are the plus. I feel very comfortable throughout my entire facial experience. I also tried the skincare products they carry during the holiday sale. Very good products. Thank you.

Absolutely Amazing Laser Treatment Experience! I couldn’t be happier with my results! From the moment I walked in, Dr. Rami and his staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The clinic is modern, classy and welcoming. Dr. Rami and Jasmine were incredibly knowledgeable and explained every step of the laser treatment in detail, making sure I understood what to expect. The procedure itself was quick and almost painless, and I noticed visible improvements after just one session. My skin feels smoother, clearer, and more radiant than ever! Komal will take care of you! As a WOC who needs a different level of care than my fairer skinned counterparts, I felt I was always in good hands. Durant my consult, I wanted filler and laser and she suggested I do a lip flip and skin pen instead. She wasn’t pushy at all, and I felt she had my best interest at heart. It really felt like I was talking to a home girl. She did my skinpen and I can’t wait to see the results and be back. Also, the space itself if BEAUTIFUL. The staff are so sweet and theres plenty of parking near by.

I finallyyy got a chance to go to Elinea after hearing so many great things, and the whole experience truly exceeded expectations. I got an amazing facial and a consult with one of the MD’s. I left feeling SO much more informed than when I walked in. I understand the steps I need to take to best support my skin now (something I’ve been struggling with my whole life). Something else I truly appreciated is that not once did I feel pressured to buy any treatments or products, which was truly refreshing. They know what they are doing. What a lovely experience!

I'm surprised this office isnt more expensive for the bespoke experience they provide. Everyone here feels like your friend. Even though I'll typically only have an appointment with one practitioner, I've come to look forward to others like Jasmin, Dr. Rami coming in to check in on and to support decisions and procedures. I feel like I am heard and always in good hands. They care and are so accommodating with what at times can feel like a rushed and transactional experiences at other offices. Shout out Komal, Jamin and Dr. Rami!! I am so happy with my results and to see where we go. Did I mention I just also feel so relaxed and the space is gorgeous!?

I did the Halo laser and had such a great experience from start to finish! The whole team was wonderful, they explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and took care of me throughout the process. They really care about their patients and love what they do.
