I loveeee this med spa. The aesthetic of the facility plus the attitudes of everyone who works here is phenomenal. I always get the Myers cocktail IV therapy every time I’m feeling a bit sluggish. The energy pods are relaxing and add the perfect touch for relaxation. Montana and Victoria get it. They’re so great!!!!

I have been treated twice at this spa. My most recent visit being last week for a cortisone shot for my cystic acne breakout. Both times my experience has been nothing but amazing! From the very clean and relaxing environment, to the world-class customer service offered by every staff member and medical providers. Montana was very professional and knowledgeable with the injections and the results were perfection. I also appreciate that this spa is open on Sundays! That kind of availability from a med spa is hard to come by and VERY much appreciated! I will be returning for my other med spa needs. Thank you Cienega Spa!

Got an meyer’s cocktail IV before traveling because I always get sick when traveling. Taylor was incredible at inserting my IV with comfort and ease the first try. I am a very hard stick, having deep small veins. Other staff members came to check on me during my infusion. Environment was very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you Taylor for the painless IV!

Chaleah was the best:) I came in with a HEAVY and PAINFUL cystic acne pimple and she fixed me in seconds! The ambience is sooo relaxing and classy. Also, the staff? I walked in and they were glowing. Beautiful people at the front more than happy to help me with smiles on their faces and good energy. I am definitely coming back, and I’m excited to!! I DEFINITELY recommend! ◡̈

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cienega Med Spa, West Hollywood. Taylor was amazing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me pick the perfect treatment to support my me while traveling for work. I went with the Brighten Up IV Fast Push, and it was a fantastic experience. The facility is beautiful and relaxing, the staff is friendly, and everything felt very professional. If you’re in the area and looking for a wellness boost or med spa treatment, I highly recommend asking for Taylor. She really made the difference.

It's my first time here 🤗 and I love it my technician YASMIN was so professional and patient with me I had a great experience she also recommended a few things for my skin she was very informative every step of the way. Everyone there was so nice 10/10 | recommend.

I went in for a maintenance facial and had the best time with Jasmine! She recommended Hydra Facial which I’ve had a handful of times in the past but they offer an express version that really allows you to get in and out quickly with clean and happy skin. Definitely will do this service again!

Was feeling dehydrated and lethargic after a long flight. Grace at the front desk greeted me and took me to the pods where you can relax as you get your IV. Yasmin took excellent care of me and gave me exactly what I needed to feel better. I had a headache that disappeared about 10-15 minutes after I got started. Highly recommend!
