I had an amazing experience with Oxana today! I got a glutathione IV drip and everything was perfect from start to finish. She is extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable and kept checking on me to make sure I was doing okay throughout the whole process. You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes her work seriously. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend her!

I had a Botox session with Oxana at Bright Medical and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The procedure went smoothly, I experienced no side effects, and the results look very natural. Oxana was professional, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. Oxana is truly an artist. I’ve relocated to Arizona and still make the trip to Los Angeles every time I’m due for Botox. I’ve never met anyone so efficient yet thorough at the same time. The very first consultation you have with her, she will sit down with you and go over all of your concerns, and then discuss hers. She genuinely takes the time to evaluate your face and determine what works best for your personal aesthetic goals. She has a gentle touch, excellent bedside manner, and is extremely professional. I also appreciate that she never tries to upsell, which makes the experience even better.

The all five star reviews aren't exaggerating, Oxana really is that good! I have been to a fair few places for treatments, and she is by far the most competent, transparent (she will tell you the cons as well as the pros), and skilled person I have been to. She is very focused on naturally enhancing your features rather than exaggerating or changing them. Your friends will tell you how great you look but they can't quite tell what changed.

I can’t explain it as thoroughly as I want to. Oxana is truly one of the most compassionate at pricking your face with Botox. For those that need it She offers props for your comfort such as numbing cream and heart cushions you can squeeze. Aside from her compassion she is professional. The spa is meticulously clean and is located right in the heart of Hollywood. There’s a parking structure adjacent to the studio but if you’re like me there’s plenty of meter parking. Her beautiful face says it all!!! Her attention to detail is second to none. ❤️🥰☺️

This is the best place I have ever had Botox at. Oxana is so professional. She is so knowledgeable. It was not painful. She is so honest about thr amount of botox needed and the time of treatment as well. It is definitely better than any other place I went to. I've seen Oxana multiple times for treatment of the right side of my face, to balance out the residual paralysis in the left side from Bell's Palsy. She followed the procedure I asked for precisely, and also suggested alternating between Botox/Jeuveau/Xeomin to minimize tolerance, something I was not doing previously. Great results, great price, and super friendly service. My new go-to!
