Brought in my 44th birthday with a visit for the first time and had a great experience. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is bright and peaceful. I appreciated Dr Ferrinas consultation.. She heard my areas of concern and took great care of me. A few days later and my crows feet are non existent! I look forward to returning soon. Dr. James is absolutely wonderful at what he does, and makes you comfortable and well informed, and the nurse Tim along with Customer service is absolutely awesome and professional. Anytime I have questions there is never any delays with getting me the answers I need. My experience at Blue from the beginning to now has been satisfying and so far rewarding.

I’ve been seeing Ferinna for a little over a year and half now and I’ve had nothing but 10/10 experiences with her. Not only is her work amazing but she’s such a kind human. The front desk staff is also always so helpful! Very happy I found BLUE Med Center and her.

Trisha is amazing and Jason at the front desk always works with my busy schedule to get me in. Trisha put together a customized skincare plan for me after I had my first child and it really helped me feel like myself again and be able to avoid wearing makeup day to day. Trisha knows that it's a priority for me to avoid fillers in my face and respects that-she is honest and tells me what she thinks will work for me in terms of preventing wrinkles and sagging skin. I see them for microneedling and regular facials and the experience is always comfortable and the atmosphere is friendly. I love their membership structure because the points never expire so if I have a busy month and can't get in, the points just roll over and I never loose them.

The staff is super nice, helpful, and compassionate. Trish is AMAZING and very cool to be treated by. Shes honest and very real about the laser process. The parking sucks but it is free so that’s…something. Either way I’ve been a few times now and I’m very pleased with the results and the people

If I could give Kevin more stars, I would! He is so talented and takes a lot of pride in his work and making sure you love your results. I have gotten both botox and lip filler from him. He has excellent precision and a great eye. Injecting aside, Keven is such a kind person and you can tell he really cares. Every time I've been in, the folks at the front desk are so welcoming and really make the visit a positive experience. When I moved to Atlanta from LA, last year I was a little worried about finding my new spot, but I'm so lucky to have hit the mark on the first try with Kevin & BLUE Med.

I had a lovely experience and I really liked my doctor, but years later I have to talk about what happened. I’m now dissolving my under eye filler and my smile line filler. The under eye is a tricky area to treat and after two years hasn’t dissolved - has even caused a Tyndall effect where one side I’m asked why I have a black eye often… the other is the smile lines. When being injected, my injector slipped. Like actually she slipped, hitting my face and it hurt and swoll. I was told the swelling would go down but one side of my face was clearly over filled leaving a protruding part of the filler, which I can supply photos of. This was due to a mistake which I just don’t think she wanted to admit. At the time, I did have concerns but I moved from Georgia and really wasn’t able to fully address them. I didn’t want to remove the filler, because I thought in time it would dissipate. We now know this doesn’t happen in the time frame given through new research. I’m writing this review, as a caution for others. I’ll never touch my face with filler again after this experience and now being abroad and working to resolve it years later. Otherwise, the Botox was great, and everyone is quite kind, but the skill level is questionable and I really do believe under eye injections should not be done by potential clients coming here given my personal experience, but to each their own.
