I had the most lovely Glass Facial at Better Med Spa today and cannot recommend them enough. The entire experience felt calm, elevated, and genuinely restorative from start to finish. Grace was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, warm, and incredibly communicative throughout the appointment. She took the time to understand my skin goals, explained each step, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how thoughtful and thorough she was. The facial itself was both deeply relaxing and results-driven. My skin felt instantly smoother, brighter, and beautifully hydrated. It was such a peaceful, pampering experience.

First time ever receiving a facial here and I can honestly say I had such a great experience. Kayla was very informative and understanding about my skin during the consultation. Kayla also did my first time facial, super relaxing and a great experience. The staff is also super nice and welcoming. The place itself is nice and clean. Recently got a microneedling treatment and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. My esthetician was incredibly nice and took the time to explain the entire process to me, which really put me at ease. I appreciated how she tailored the treatment to my skin's needs, ensuring I received the best possible results.After the session, she provided me with thorough aftercare instructions, which I found very helpful. I was visiting my daughter in Chicago for the holidays and decided to go in for a facial. I went in with no clear expectations because it isn't something that I've ever done before. I will definitely be doing it again every time I'm in Chicago for another visit. Grace did a fantastic job. I don't have anything to compare it with, but the full service felt amazing. I was surprised by the number of steps included and how involved it ended up being. Head massage, facial massage, neck and shoulder massage, forearm and hand massage, all while working through multiple steps of the facial cleanse and treatment process. It was great. I'll be back again.
