I had a MOXI treatment with Hailey and had a wonderful experience. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel comfortable and confident going into the treatment. She customized everything to my skin and made the whole process feel easy. My skin already looks so much brighter and more youthful! I’ll definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend seeing Hailey for all of your skincare needs!

Stumbled upon this medspa when another place in the area lost my confirmed appointment. Luckily they were able to get me in 10 minutes later. The front desk was pleasant and efficient and my injector, Tessa, NP, was amazing! I’ve never come across an injector with so much knowledge, experience and genuine care for my outcome. I would highly recommend her specifically for someone new to injections or who might have hesitations. The environment was calming, prices were fair and they validated my parking in the garage attached. I will absolutely be back!

I saw Kacey last week for help with deep lines on my upper lip. I was so nervous about having any kind of filler on or near my lips. I didn’t want “duck lips”. I trusted Kayce to work her magic!! I am blown away at the results!!! 😁 She is a miracle worker. My upper lip lines are seamlessly filled and it looks 20 years were erased. I love you Kayce 😘😘

I had a very disappointing experience with Lynn at Aya Med Spa. She performed a few Moxi sessions on me followed by a ProFrac treatment, but her approach was unprofessional and overly pushy. I felt pressured into treatments I did not need, particularly the last one, and my skin was not given sufficient time to heal between sessions. She scheduled back to back appointments and strongly insisted I continue in order to “flatten” my scar. During the final ProFrac session, she even acknowledged that my scar was still red and irritated from the previous session. When I suggested postponing, she insisted we proceed since I was already there. As a result, my scar became larger, inflamed, and significantly worse than before. To make matters worse, she performed laser treatment outside the original scarred area, something my dermatologist later confirmed, leaving me with an additional scar underneath the original one. At the time, I trusted she had my best interests in mind, but it became clear later that her priority was selling more treatments rather than supporting my long term well being. Throughout my visits, I never felt truly listened to or cared for. The appointments were rushed, and instead of receiving thoughtful, professional guidance, I was pressured into more procedures. I left devastated by this experience.

I had the pleasure of seeing Hailey for a Double Diamond facial, and the experience exceeded my expectations. She is professional, knowledgeable, and was incredibly attentive to detail throughout the service. Skincare is an important part of my wellness routine, and after years of investing in my skin, I’ve become selective about the people, products, and places I trust. Hailey took her time, customized the treatment with care, and left my skin glowing—I feel officially vacation ready! If you’re considering this location, I wholeheartedly recommend booking with Hailey. I’ll definitely be returning.

Lynn, the laser technician here, is very unprofessional and doesn’t take accountability for her work. She tends to pressure clients into treatments and can be very persistent, to the point where it’s difficult to leave without hearing what she has to say. When results don’t turn out well, she doesn’t make any effort to help remediate the issue and instead seems to dismiss concerns. I can’t speak for the entire med spa since I only interacted with Lynn, but if you’re in a hurry and looking for a same day appointment, she’s always available. Just be aware of sales pressure pitch.

I had my very first microneedling session at Aya with Lynn, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! As someone who has never had any treatments done before, I was a bit nervous, but the staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Lynn was incredibly gentle, informative, and professional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
