I was really hoping to love my experience, especially since I booked this facial on my birthday. Unfortunately, it felt underwhelming. The facial itself felt low effort and somewhat routine. The esthetician didn’t ask about my skin type or specific concerns beforehand, and there wasn’t much communication during the treatment about what products were being used or what was happening. I don’t need constant conversation, but a little guidance would have helped me feel more cared for. The headband kept slipping, and product ended up in my hair and ears, which was uncomfortable. I actually had to wipe my ears during the LED portion. At the end, I was surprised that the recommendation was three CO2 laser treatments. That felt like a big jump, especially after a first visit. The facial was half off as a new client promotion, but the overall experience felt discounted as well. It leaned more clinical and medical than relaxing or luxurious, which may simply be the nature of a medspa versus a traditional spa. Not a terrible experience, just not one I’d repeat.

I’ve been seeing Valeria for almost a year now, and every single service has been excellent. From hair removal to microneedling and facials, everything is done extremely professionally and with great attention to detail. My skin has improved so much since I started coming to her, it looks healthier, smoother, and more balanced overall. Valeria is knowledgeable, caring, and truly knows what she’s doing. I always feel comfortable and confident in her hands. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I chose Aviva Medical Spa! The whole experience was amazing — everyone was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I got Botox for the first time, and the injector was awesome. She explained everything, was super gentle, and the results look so natural. I feel refreshed and confident again! I'm so happy with the experience I got with their facial and red light therapy. The medspa is so clean, organized and aesthetic. They treat you so good and are so kind. The facial was incredible and the products they recommend changed my skin care routine for the best! Excited to try out more of their services.

It pains me to leave this review, but please stay away. Like another reviewer mentioned, their Botox simply does not last. I had my treatment on Nov 7 and paid the required $50 deposit. During checkout they forgot to apply it, and I only caught it two days later. They did refund it, but the oversight was frustrating so be cautious. My injector, Daniella, was kind. She went over my usual treatment from a different clinic (a mix of Dysport and Botox) and matched my Dysport units to Botox since they were running a promo. Two weeks later, I still had noticeable movement, but I was leaving for NYC for the holidays and couldn’t return in person. They did a virtual follow-up and told me I likely needed more units. Now it’s Dec 9, and I can confidently say there is no Botox effect on my face at all. I have full movement everywhere. Buyer beware: if you do go, make sure your deposit is correctly applied and be prepared that the results may not last. I recently moved from CA to Miami, and unfortunately my search for a reliable injector here will have to continue.

Hands down the best and most thorough facial I’ve ever had! The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming. Sofia was amazing and gave me the best facial ever. I haven’t been this happy with my skin in weeks. I’m already excited for my next visit. Thank you guys so much!

Amazing facial and treatments! My face feels so soft and rejuvenated. Estheticians were so gentle with my face and very kind and attentive. It was the best experience for a self care day. I left pampered and with a glowy skin!

As a first time botox client, i couldn’t have asked for a better injector. Daniela was very patient, took the time to ease my nerves, making me feel comfortable the entire visit! I highly recommend seeing Daniela.
