I first went to this business for dysport because is very close to where I live and they have a 20% off for first time clients. I really like the injector. She was very attentive and professional. I really liked the results. Today I went for the 2nd time knowing I would be paying full price which is perfectly fine with me. I was disappointed at first. Because it was a different person doing the treatment. But I went ahead and decided to take a chance. I explained what we had decided to do the last time and asked if she could do exactly the same dose. She said that the previous injector didn’t give me enough of the dose that I needed more for a better lasting effect. I asked how much more? She answered 30 units more. I hat 3 areas treated which were the same areas as before. But I felt like less pokes. I ended up paying double for the 2nd session. I called the office to ask why I was charged double because they didn’t even give me a receipt nor the injector told me the price to pay. Which in part was also my fault for not asking. I was distracted. The person I spoke with on the phone said she was going to figure out the difference and call me back. But she never returned my call. I’m going to try tomorrow and get an explanation.

I’ve been going to Arviv for years and love this place. The team is so lovely and welcoming, easy and fast communication via text, and a professional atmosphere. I personally love Nicole, great practitioner, takes the time to explain things and applies a holistic approach to her recommendations.

I’ve been coming to Arviv Medical Aesthetics for my Botox treatments and the experience is always amazing. I would give them 0 star if possible. Please Dont waste you money in this place. There are many clinics with better prices and results. Their goal is to get money no matter if they lie to the clients about the expected results. I went looking for information about closing my lobe's holes. Nicole (the specialist) convinced to me that laser would be a great alternative for closing the holes and to heal the scars. They offerred me a laser treatment of 3 sesion paid in advance as "a good deal" but said that only 2 sesion would be enough and the remaining balance could be used in other treatment in the clinic with no reimbursement. I did 4 sesion an my holes are still open. Wheter is true that they improved the appearence never fully closed. They probably dont have a powerful laser equipment or the required knowledge for this treatment. Therefore I am always punctual to my appoitments and the spesialist reached the clinic 40 minutes later when the anesthetic effect had passed. Very unrespecfull, also taking into account you should pay parking and comeback working. The fact is that I spent 1500(laser treatment) plus 85 for a litter antibiotic and my holes are still open. I shoul now spend more money to reach my goal. I am very sad and dessapointed. I would never recommend them.

I’ve been a patient for ARVIV for several years, did Botox, Resolve laser for my texture and a vampire facial! Extremely happy with my results! The team is amazing, Margarita and Savannah are a lot fun and make it feel like home! Highly recommend!
