I purchased the acne package, which was a chemical peel and three sessions of microneedling. I was also given topical treatments to help my skin in between. They let me pay in two installments.
The treatments did help my skin overall. However, 1) my acne was not reduced, only the hyperpigmentation, and 2) I had a number of less than stellar experiences.
My consultation was with a doctor that I never ever saw again, not even just walking around the office. I had photos taken of my face before every session, but they were never shared with me so I could see progress.
The chemical peel was some of the worst pain I have ever experienced. The microneedling sessions were much easier, but I had a lot of issues with the numbing cream used. The cream likes to slide around your face, so I often ended up with it in my eyes, mouth, and ears, which is NOT pleasant. I haven't experienced this at other facilities, so I'm not sure what's wrong with the cream they use.
They seem to change receptionists often, which wouldn't be a problem except for the time they lost my appointment. They did still do my treatment, but they were asking me about who took my appointment when I made it over a month ago? I met the woman once and never saw her again, why would I remember?
Finally the whole "Blessing is a blessing" thing is overblown. Blessing does her job and is bare minimum level of friendly. I didn't find she had exceptional bedside manner; in fact the most I ever saw her smile or chat was when she asked me to leave a review. She wasn't rude or anything, just not this angel others talk about in their reviews.
And speaking of the reviews....all customers who leave a (good?) review get a free facial, so I would take the positive ones with a grain of salt.
So in short, sure, I got what I paid for, but it didn't solve all the issues I had come in for and I never saw the doctor again. After my last session there was zero follow-up to see how I liked things and if I needed anything else. If this place is convenient to you and you understand what you're getting, go for it - otherwise I recommend going the extra mile to find a nicer place.
