I’ll write a long review later on. For now I want to say, if you want not only nice results, but also good services and attitude, don’t come here. They’ll fight back every single words of your complaints and will not take them seriously. I’ve been with this doctor since 2019 and feel very frustrating right now. Many things have changed. They can let you wait, forgot your appointment and be late. But they don’t allow you to be late for a few minutes. This is second time ever in my lifetime writing a google review. Will add more later on. You are here pay for beauty and services, you are not here pay for anger, arguments, and debate. It was so difficult to communicate them. I told them I could only do noon time but they still arranged time after 2pm. I told them I couldn’t answer phone calls only text messages. Even if they can text me, they still blaming me that I could not answer the phone. I did the fillers under the eyes and it was very subtle change. It cost me $2000 and more (check with this price so much higher than other doctors) and no impact at all. Each time there was a bruise for a long time and the doctor forgot to put the num cream…saying that because I was late (for 10 minutes). So ridiculous as my I did twice for this procedure, the first time she forgot my appointment and let me wait for at least 15 minutes. The second time she blamed me for late 10 minutes as an excuse of no num cream. They won’t apologize anything they did not appropriate and won’t give you the best treatment. I don’t know what I can expect from here. I blocked this place completely and will do research on how to report them on cosmetic medical board on New York.
