Nousheen is professional, kind, compassionate and provides excellent care. She explains things very well. I purchased the full body lazer hair removal and after first session I have noticed improvement. I also did the VI peel on my arms and I'm looking forward to see the results. They don't honor their lifetime maintenance package on the laser packages. I have been getting maintenance for many years and took a 4 year break and they wanted me to purchase another package. I sent to another location where my maintenance was honored. The lady at the front claimed to talk to the "regional manager" then went outside to talk in private just to be told I need to buy another package. Will not go back to this location.
