I had a BBL with Sara and it was the BEST laser experience that I have ever had! Sara communicated well on what I should expect and it was true to every word. The whole experience was professional and compassionate, and I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure. This was the first time that it was not a painful experience! I would highly recommend her.

I had a laser treatment here and my experience was very positive. It’s a very nice and professional clinic. The staff is super friendly. They explained everything beforehand and they really took the time for me. I’m also very satisfied with the result of the treatment. Everything was done neatly and professionally. I will definitely return here and can absolutely recommend this clinic!

I had my first facial at Alani Med Spa and it was amazing! The spa is so cute, loved the modern midcentury vibes. Hailee was my esthetician and she is the sweetest. She made me feel very comfortable, she gave me suggestions for skin treatments without feeling pressured and she gave me the best facial and head, neck and shoulder massage. My skin feels great, I will be back!

Recently went to Alani Skin in Scottsdale and could not be happier with my experience! Going in I was a little nervous as this was going to be my first time with injections but I very quickly felt at home with the excellent staff! Both injectors (Heidi and Lani) took great care of me. Within minutes of meeting them they had my complete and total trust… and for good reason!!!! These ladies are the best at what they do and I love the results I’m already seeing only a few days after. Will definitely be going back for all my skincare needs and highly recommend anyone else looking for an injector/esthetician do the same:)

Been coming to Alani for years and I’ve always had the best experiences!! Hailee was amazing with my first sessions of micro needling and I continue to see her for laser hair removal. she is nothing but sweet, professional and does a great job at explaining after care steps as well as takes the time to properly diagnose your skin’s needs and gives great treatment and product recommendations. Priscilla at the front is so friendly and welcoming. She is always helpful with product questions, knowledgeable on current deals going on and rebooking future appointments, I love her!!

I went to Ivy for a Signature facial, and it was one of the best facials I’ve ever received! Most people tell me my skin is good, but she was very thorough! She was very kind and patient. She even gives a head and mini Shoulder massage I need a TikTok post on it. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had! Definitely suggest going here and referring friends

Today was my first time at Alani and I thought it was so great! It’s very modern and inviting. Heidi was my injector and she is not only incredibly sweet, but is so knowledgeable! She made me feel comfortable, was not pushy and was able to achieve the conservative/natural lip I was looking for! I will be back to have her do Sculptra and all further fillers and Botox! 🩷

Absolutely the best injector in all of Scottsdale and surrounding cities. I moved from Seattle 8 years ago, and am so thankful I found Sara. She is a healer first, but she’s got an amazing eye, seeing exactly what little tweaks I need. I’ve been coming to her for years now. She’s done all of my I fillers, laser treatments and threads. She’s is the best!
