Harrison and Laureen were both amazing! Harrison used the perfect amount of pressure to where I actually fell asleep for a few minutes. And this is my second time with Laureen and she did a great job as always. They were both very friendly and sweet. I love to talk during services and they both provided good conversation. They made my birthday feel very special.

I’ve been a loyal Viva customer since 2014, starting at the Lamar location and moving to the Domain when it opened. Several of my favorite nail technicians moved here too, so I’ve been seeing the same friendly, talented team for years. They truly feel like family. I visit every six weeks for a facial and pedicure, and my skin is always glowing when I leave. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and professional. One thing I really value about Viva is that the technicians always make me feel comfortable and included—they speak in English, so I never have that awkward feeling of wondering if a conversation is about me. Viva has earned my loyalty over the past decade, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for consistent, high-quality spa services in Austin.

Hello ! I just left my hydro facial platinum with Morgan !! She and the actual service were AMAZING!! She was such a good heart and soul as well as an excellent esthetician!! ❤️Highly recommend! My initial visit was to Megan for fillers and she was excellent as well ! She was very professional and recommended that I not get fillers due to a skin condition I have ! I will be back to Viva at the Domain and am grateful for both ladies and their help with my skin !!! Thanks again ladies!

I am one of those California transplants that have now been living in Texas for over 3 years. Believe it or not, I was so scared about finding a new MedSpa provider, that I flew back to California routinely for continued services. Finally, I decided this wasn't really sustainable long term and ventured out to find a new provider. Jordan at Viva Day Spa was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my needs, and tailored the experience perfectly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and calming presence truly sets her apart. The service itself was outstanding and executed with real expertise. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already looking forward to my next visit. Jordan is a true asset to Viva Day Spa, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures. I first booked my massage by calling in last week for a same-day appointment with a female service provider, and I was about to leave for it when I got a call saying "oh actually we don't have a female LMT at that time, so we'll have to reschedule you." An apology was made but this was very disappointing and very last minute. She offered 15% off for the inconvenience. I had to call the general number again to re-book, where the agent confirmed that the 15% off note was in the reservation/on my file. So I rebooked for the following week. I received a text to do paperwork ahead of time, but was unable to do it because the verification code did not send, neither by email nor text, so I said I would come in early to do paperwork. I arrived 20 mins early to do said paperwork and was brought to the "relaxation room" (massage waiting room) and the receptionist said she would bring me my paperwork. She never came back, and after 5-10 mins the massage therapist Cori showed up and took me back to the massage room where she hastily rushed through my paperwork on her phone. She kept talking over me after she asked about my preferences and my injuries and I could barely get a word out without being interrupted. Not at all a good listener. This set me up on edge for the massage, where she did not gently introduce touch, everything was abrupt and made it hard to relax. I have had MANY deep tissue massages at different spas/practices and this massage therapist was an absolute chatterbox who was scatterbrained, wouldn't stop talking and didn't listen very well. I asked her to not shake me and she continued to do it despite me asking and her catching herself a few times and yet she STILL continued to do it. I communicated that I benefit from slow, soothing touch before going into the knots with more pointed pressure and she ignored this and kept doing random things all over. She would listen to some things and not others. She certainly can deliver deep tissue massage and deep pressure, which was good at times, but overall it was not relaxing - it was actually stressful at times! My nervous system couldn't relax and I felt like I had to talk the whole time, too. On top of this, the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear road noise in the rooms (motorcycles revving on Rock Rose) not to mention people right next door. The whole experience was strange and not relaxing. Finally at checkout, they tried to charge me the full amount for the massage since there was no note of the 15% off that had been communicated by the first person who canceled on me and then confirmed by the person I rescheduled with. This receptionist (same as the one who checked me in but didn't get me the paperwork) also did not ask one question about how my massage was - just if I wanted to add more money for the LMT. Professionalism and warmth are absolutely lacking here for the prices they charge. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Another relaxing visit as always! Mackenzie was Fantastic! Great listener, magic hands, healing spirit and a joyful soul!! You only turn 50 once and she was the cherry on top to the beginning of an extra special weekend extravagance! Thank you MacK! I shall book with her again soon! Oh and Thx for the tea cup ;)
